Unable to locate name in add recipient

I wanted to route docu sign to my line manager, unfortunately i can’t locate his name neither email in the “Add recipient” column

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

Is this the first time you send a document to your line manager? Are they a member of your Docusign account?

If it is the first time and they are not part of the account then you would need to add their name and email manually so that it can be saved for future uses.

If it is the first time but they are part of the account, you can try looking in the Directory section after clicking the contacts list icon on the add recipients part. If you do not see the option it is most likely due to not having permission to access it (please contact the admin) or because your account is a solo account.

You can also check directly in the contacts section to confirm this or to add any new contact: Manage Contacts
