I am trying to open a document I was sent in 2015. I have the number and the original link. When I try to access it I receive a message that the link has expired. How can I access this document?

When the link has expired, you can have a new link sent to the email address to access the document. 

The second option is to log into your Docusign eSignature account if you had one back then and access it through the account instead of via email link.
