When a notification arrives stating that an envelope has expired, how do I find out which one it is. I sent several in a week and kinda need to know if someone did not respond or why it expired. To my knowledge, none should be expiring or have expired….is that Spam??

Hi, I just created a template and am trying to bulk send and getting an error message about switching to v2. Why would I be getting that error when I just created this template? The instructions to bulk send are not very helpful

Hi Docusign Community!I would like to customize my workflow to eliminate redundancy and potential confusion for my customers/signers. Is there a way to automatically change the template message sent to the signer once they complete instead of using the same one when initially asking them to sign?Problem Statement: When a template is used to send documents for signing there is a corresponding message on the template that is part of the email sent to the customer when asking to sign, but then it uses the same message when docusign emails the customer the completed signed document. Below is an example to illustrate. I would consider this a great message when the contract is extended. However, this same message with a new email subject line is sent after the customer signs, which is duplicative and misleading.------------------------------------------INITIAL EMAIL ASKING FOR A SIGNATURE Subject: Complete with DocuSign: ContractDear Customer,Thank you for approving the quote. HelloWe have rare cases where we need to indicate the time of signature (hours, minutes, seconds). We do not want to change the date signed setting to include a timestamp in all cases, as this is the exception to the rule. One solution would be to refer to the certificate of completion, but this doesn’t indicate seconds. Is it possible to include seconds in the certificate of completion timestamps? If that isn’t possible, what alternatives are available, either for a user-level or per-envelope setting to include timestamps, or to create a custom field which includes date and time?

Hello everyone, We’re in our 30 day trial period.I’m attempting to test a document that requires a signature from 2 different people. Ie. 2 recipients. The first recipient can sign both signature lines (which isn’t correct) and the second recipient can’t sign any of the signature lines. Can someone help? Where am I going wrong here? I should be able to test this even though I’m in the 30 day trial phase. Thanks in advance,Frank

I sent an envelope to multiple recipients and added a customized message for each one at the bottom of the envelope where it says “add message” and I then clicked the box that says “Custom email and language for each recipient”.  After send the envelope, I went to the sent box to see my envelope details and the envelope says “no message has been entered”.  Why can’t I view my message to each individual in the details section?  I know there are different messages for each individual in my envelope, because I went in to “correct” the envelope and I can see each individual message there.  Can you please advise what i am doing wrong?  I would like to be able to view and keep the message I sent to each individual. Thank you!

Hi there! What is everyone doing to pull reports around security/access to templates? We are going through an internal audit of who has access to the data collected via our templates. Is everyone just using the template usage report?I wanted a list of users/user groups that have access to send specific templates and not who has already sent out the documents/templates, but DS support has confirmed there is no such report available.

Users within my companies organization are not receiving emails from Docusign.  I have tried the troubleshooting in Why aren't my signers receiving Docusign Notification emails? but have not had any luck with the tips, incuding adding the docusign domains. I do receive the notifications to a Gmail account, so I thought it was related to the company's security; however, I tested it with a Yahoo account and did not receive the notification.  Our work around has been to log on to see what is pending, however some users needed a verification code to log in but are not receiving the codes.

I need to report on sent envelopes by client name rather than sender name, is it possible to add extra mandatory field to complete when sending the envelope so it will appear on the report?

Recently, I was required to use docusign for a number of different documents. I received an email today saying “ Your Trial Expires Next Week.” I do not want a docusign subscription—how do I make sure that I’m not upgraded to a paid subscription with docusign?

I have a document that sometimes needs one signer, sometimes two, potentially as many as four.  I have created a template with four signers.  I would like to be able to fill in the number of signers when I use the template; unused signer fields would result in only one, two, or three signers on that particular use of the document.  As it stands, there is no such thing as an optional signer, and the signer group functionality doesn’t handle this situation.  So, I have to create four versions of the exact same document:  one with one signer field, another with two, another with three, and another with four.  I really only want the signer FIELD to be optional, not the signer.  In other words, if “signer 2” is filled in when the template is used, then “signer 2” is a required signer.  If “signer 2” is left blank when I use the template, then there is no “signer 2” for that particular document envelope.

Even after purchase order confirmation received, it says I have zero sends left! Please advise!Thank you!

Is there any way to revert to the old GUI?
