If you are the Sender and the envelope was just deleted, it can still be retrieved as it is still in the DocuSign cloud, however, if the document was purged it can no longer be retrieved: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/What-happens-if-I-Delete-an-Envelope-and-what-can-I-do-to-recover-it

Hi, where is the docusign cloud located, I deleted information on yesterday.

Thank you for reaching back.
The cloud is within the DocuSign Web App. If it is just deleted it can be recovered as mentioned in the previous article, but if you followed the steps in this article or activated Document Retention, the documents can not be recovered
