Is it possible to have a formula detect multiple variables from a dropdown tab using an if statement? For example, If([dropdown menu]= 9 OR 8, 1,0) → the goal here is to have the formula produce a 1, if the dropdown menu is either 9 or 8. currently, it seems to only work with one variable. If this is possible, what is the correct syntax or formula structure? 

Can I send multiple documents in one envelope, but merge each document with Certificate of Completion separately?I understand that only one CoC is accountable for one envelope. However, I have multiple documents required to be signed by one person, but needing to be uploaded into internal company server separately. I know document itself without the CoC is valid, but I want to be able to merge CoC + each document for archiving purposes. I downloaded the files separately and merged this myself outside the docusign system, but when I open the file, “signature not valid’ appears on the top. Please help me if this can be done.

Dear all,I’ve found this thread:as I was looking to download two documents sent in the same envelope separately. However, in my case I need to combine to each of them the certificate of completion to be compliant with the QA department guidance in our company which was not covered in that other thread’s answer. Would that be possible directly in DocuSign?I guess I could combine each of the pdfs to the general certificate of completion once I download the files separately but I’m not sure it that would break any kind of audit trail relevant thing in the process…? So I was hoping that I could extract that directly from DocuSign.Thanks for your help in advance! 🙂

Hi,  My account is on developer mode and it says that envelopes are unlimited, but since yesterday we’ve been experiencing an error that says ENVELOPE_ALLOWACE_EXCEEDED (see 2nd image), Please fix this asap, thank you.  Docusign Error:

What if I dont have enabled for my account Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure for DocuSign, how do i get it? I am the Admin and I do not have the “Legal Disclosure” option  

Our users generate envelopes using a template. From the template, I would like to include placeholders that reference the signer’s organization and other custom fields used in the document (contract number, end date, etc).Is it possible to insert and populate custom field placeholders in envelope messages or private messages using templates? Can this be done when sending envelopes without a template?

Hi,we have claimed our domain, and enabled the Microsoft Authentication.The authenticated users are now synced by Microsoft Azure.Unfortunately some users had setup “personal” accounts with their company mail.I have read about the option to close these accounts, but this does not work. Hi guys! I need helpI'm having a problem creating an account for DoD Customer for DocuSign University. Right after the email verification step, in sms verification, I’m entering a valid Philippine Phone number but I always have an error saying “Enter valid phone number” which is weird because my number is correct and it is the same number that I use to register here in Docusign Community. I already tried to input the number with a dash “-” and space and tried to use another phone number but to no avail.   

Received email with link to docusign saying documents to review.  Tried opening and get error then I can log in but no documents in my account.  Tried security code and view documents but leads me right back to empty que. Can anyone help?

What is the cost of bulk sending ? If I send one envelope to 100 receivers using the bulk sending feature : is this regarded as one envelope ? I assume the cost is 1 envelope and not 100. Is my assumption correct ?

Trying to work out basic features like adding eWitness to a standard account - how to upgrade etc. Going round in circles and have been for some time. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to actually engage with Docusign to work out how to proceed? I signed a contract for a bank application and when they sent me the copy of the document I can notice a number under the signature. But after making a complaint to the buyer, he sends me another contract that he does not sign, but it does have the same numbering and the signature is the same as the previous contract, but this new contract also includes another signature that does not have numbering and is repeated several times, but it is very different from the one that does have numbering. How is it possible that different contracts have the same numbering and if it is possible that there is manipulation of the signature of the first contract to attach it to the next automatically, without prior authorization

I’m a new docusign paid user and when I tried to raise a support ticket to get this option “Enable including the Envelope ID on the document” enabled, I’m facing this error saying my plan doesnt support opening cases. Not sure what is wrong?

I am trying to develop a web form that allows someone to choose to change or cancel and if cancel, then given the option to start something else.  For example, we have retirement contributions that we would like the employee to be able to cancel current contribution and start another type of contribution on the same form without having to complete the form twice.  

I am sending envelope for signature through PowerAutomate. By default signature size is 100%. How to increase the size of signature to 150% through Powerautomate. As I checked I didnt get any option to increase the size in Power automate.

I use PDF files and fill them out before uploading them to DocuSign for sending. I set where the signatures should be, send the document, then open it from the email—but the information I entered is erased.I tried sending another envelope. I entered the text in the right places in DocuSign app, placed the signatures, and sent it. However, when I opened the document from the email, the information I typed through DocuSign was erased again.I do not have the option to open a New Case. I have one free envelope left, but after multiple attempts, DocuSign continues to erase the information in my document.How can I contact support regarding this issue? Additionally, how can I request a refund for documents that were damaged due to DocuSign?

Hi, I've created my first PowerForm, which requires three signers to complete. However, after each signer submits their part, a completion message pops up. Since the first two signers won’t have the final document, I want to prevent any confusion.Is there a way to disable this message? I typically work with WebForms, so I’m unsure if this is a setting that can be adjusted. Any guidance would be appreciated!
