I found articles stating you can create a condition for a check box value.  I go to Conditional Fields and select Create Rule.  The only option that shows is a message in the toolbar “Click on the fields to show when trigger field =“.  I select a value and click Done.   I have no other selections.  Does this mean I do not have the appropriate version?  Is there a module I need to purchase to have the ability to set conditions?  

When placing signature blocks and such there are all these pop up tips that are really annoying. How do you get rid of them permanently?

We want to use DocuSign to help automate request forms that need signatures. We have just started using Web Forms for known signatures. We have different departments with several supervisors and depending on who in the company is filling out the form, different signatures will be required. Is there a way to host a form with a URL that has a generic supervisor signature block, then require whoever is filling out the form to input their supervisors name and email, then have DocuSign add that supervisor as a needs to sign recipient?

Is it possible to send a document to be signed and to have a password required for the initial signing and every time they access the document?  If it is password protected for access each time can they download it once signed?Thank you for any information.

Hello...we have multiple locations in which we perform mental health services. We have a Release of information form that needs to be filled out to allow each location to share limited information with the non-mental health staff at that location. Currently when signing this form, I have created a dropdown for the “Name of Location” field on the form, so that all the client has to do is to pick the location they are being seen in, however we also need to add the address of that location on the form. At the moment I have that as a free text field so that they can type it in, but is there a way to create some kind of logic in the background so that the addresses auto-populate when they simply pick their location? 

During the signature by the stakeholders, they want to add comments and how that can be done?

I am a developer building an app for financial advisors to manage their clients electronically. To obtain signatures from the clients, I am using DocuSign. Some of the advisors are integrated with Schwab and want to use the Schwab template to create envelopes.My problem is that the Schwab template is not shareable via the GUI, and I was hoping to be able to retrieve this template, specifically 'Schwab Non-Template Envelope To Process,' to use it for creating envelopes. However, this template is not shareable, and I am not able to retrieve it when filtering by template name via the API. On the other hand, when I try this with templates I created myself, everything works fine.What is the best way to get the Schwab template ID so I can use it to create an envelope?

I have envelope with a pending signature, but under “form data” there is a time stamp for the signature that appears as missing in the dashboard. Any suggestions?

We currently force authentication and use SMS as our authentication type. If we add KBA as an option, are we able to default the authentication type to SMS and allow the user to manually change it to KBA?

The “add new template” button is not there on my DocuSign account. I am the sole admin for my agency so it’s not like I can ask someone else to grant me permission. All the help posts I have read suggest you check with your admin. I am the admin. Please help!

We want to have 7 day void date contract pdf requirement which we generate out of opportunity object in Salesforce, and along with that we want to send a reminder after 3 days after contract is sent , and reminder 24 hours before the pdf is going to expire/void.Steps we can follow :We can set up this in DocuSign account 'Reminider & Expiration setting' Set "Days before request expires" to 7  We can put 'Days before reminder sent' to 3 , Assuming it will send the reminder after 3 days   We can set ‘Days between reminders’ to 3 OR We can set 'Days to warn signers before expiration' to 1 this will send warning email before 24 hours? Issues : Bit of issue with setting values in "Days between reminders:" this is a mandatory field, if we set this to 0 (Zero) , will it send reminder everyday??OR If we set it to 3 , will it send a reminder on 6th day ?? and then we also have 'Days to warn signers before expiration' to 1 so will customer get two emails on 6th day , one for reminder and on

Hello, I need help with populating the subject line of the template I created.  The template contains a file that uses the matching feature.  When I upload a document, I want the name of the uploaded document to appear in the subject line. Initially, when I click “Use” to open the template, I see the name of the template file in the subject line.  But, when I upload the document that I want to match to the template, then the subject line changes to “Complete with DocuSign”.  

I have a requirement where the user was earlier created for an account but no longer uses that account and after few months they have raised another request to add their user id for eSign for a different account. But when the user tried to login it was showing up from the old account where I am not able to see any options to remove from the old account and add into new account. I have searched and found the below thread link where it was mentioned to close the user from old account and then create it in the new account. I have perfomed the same, but I want to remove the user from the old account completely as I am still able to see the user status as closed in the old account as it is the default account. It showing option to re-activate as well.  Remove Users from Accounts (docusign.com) My ask here is whether we can remove the user completely from the old account or unlink from the old account. 

Hello All,Could you please help me with the following question - employee tried to send an envelope in May 2024 but DocuSign told him that he reached by envelope limit. Does anyone know why that might be?Employee uses correct company account in DocuSign. Company`s plan started January 1st, 2024, and has unused envelops including untapped envelops in May 2024.Thank you in advance!  

Why  are the  number out of sequence where ir says "Role"  its starts with 1 and then 10, 11, 12/???How do i disable  the sign  in order?

Hi there,I need to survey around 400 people and collect their signatures due to IRB requirements. Specifically, I need:The actual participant’s signature (no need to collect names and email addresses). The participant should not need to log in to DocuSign.The survey will be distributed by a survey company, and I want to provide them with a link that can collect only the participant’s signature. I understand that “PowerForm” can create a link and obtain signatures without requiring a login.However, I would like to know if I can send this link to more than 400 people (aiming to get 250 responses) and if it can collect actual signatures (e.g., using a mouse)?Thank you.
