I’ve been trying to see if it’s possible to do some kind of dynamic routing. For example I have a form that can have anywhere from 0-3 additional people needing to be included but those people are always known until the form has already been started. Ideally I’d looking for a way to do something like this where they can specify whether or not the form should be sent to a supervisor, include the supervisors name and email and then have the form get kicked over to them after they’ve filled out their portion of the form. I just don’t want to make 1283 different versions of the form document for each possible combo that could maybe happen.

Identifying who the Requester is without having to click on “Your Electronic Signature is Requested”. Can a FILTER be added with the name on the "Action Required" page? 

Student participation no-show reported in error. This needs to be corrected wi the Change of Enrollment Form which is not easy to find in DocuSign. Please advise ASAP 

I have sent a document using same template through the bulk send feature in multiple evelopes.  Role 1 is lease, role 2 is co-signer —Recipient 1 is student, 2 is parent Our response rate is low, so I would like to change the send order, so that the parent (Role 2 receives the document 1st instead of 2nd?  . Additionally, I would like to modify the email message.  How can I do this within the bulk send envelope without modifying each individual recipients envelope?  I know I can “correct” a single envelope, but don’t wish to repeat the process 100+ times.

I have a client that has tried to use the KBA to sign a package but is failing due to not picking the "correct" address. He says the address question has a new address, and old address, and a PO Box that he used to use. He picked his new address, but it failed. Which address should he be picking? The old, new, or PO Box? How does the system determine which answer is "correct"?

Hi, I am trying to design a template to use for electronic voting for a non-profit organization.. I am trying to design  a form where the motion is presented. The e signer then clicks on check mark “ I am in favor of the motion, I am against the motion, or I abstain from voting. The date and director esigning. I can get the enveople out there but the signer is only asked to sign and date. The check mark questions are there but not asking the person to check their option on the motion. Should I be using radio boxes instead? Is there a certain order for Docusign. Should I make them choose first and then date and sign? Not much in the Course section on how to do this. Nothing in the template library on a simple balllot. 

How do I delete my profile from DocuSign in its entiret

We have a 5 page document to send out with many questions the clients have to answer on each page - there are check boxes the clients need to reply to on each page - how do I set that up?

HIWe have built out and tested an app integration in the dev docusign environment  and are looking to move it into production. Is there a go live process or workflow required by docusign for new apps that doesn’t exist in dev? Or is launching a new app in production the same as in dev?thanks

Is there a method to prevent the "Save a Copy" popup from appearing after a signer finishes signing in DocuSign?

Good Afternoon,  I have sent an envelop to a client for signature. When they click on the view document, DocuSign is requiring them to login with a password.  They try to reset the password and are unable to do so.  They have signed documents via DocuSign before for other companys and have not had this issue.  Does anyone know of anyways to make it so they are able to simply sign the document? There is no special password requred from my end when sending the envelope.  Thank you.

The use case for this particular question is that if a person inserts “0” in a text field with number validation, the conditional field should NOT show up, but if they input anything else such as 0.52 or greater than 0, than the conditional field should show. Is the only way to do this with multiple formula field for each text field present?? Was hoping I could input certain syntax in the pre-built conditional field rules / logic. 

So the use case we currently have is that if a signer is filling out a document, for simplicities sake, they fill out two parts of a document, and we have two formulas that sum up the entries for two respective parts of the document. The intended or hopeful approach is to be able to have a validation in place to compare the two different sums to ensure they are equal, and if they are, the signer is able to sign, but if the two formulas are not equal, the signer should not be allowed to sign. Is this possible with eSignature?

I am sending a single document (a template form) to a single person for them to complete fields and sign. It is counting as two “sends” every time I send it. I had 4 “sends” left and just sent the document to three different people and it is now showing that I have “-2 sends left.” This doesn’t make sense. Is it a glitch or am I missing something?

I have a Signature Request template page created.  I want to amend documents to that template and add needed signature request, text boxes, dates to the newly added document.  Is that possible?  Thx Paul

How do I increase the text size in the text box?

I’m testing DocuSign within Power Automate with a document that has multiple checkboxes. Is there a way to add multiple checkbox tabs to a document? The issue I’m running into is I have multiple anchor strings for each checkbox and they all show up, but when I select one of the checkboxes in DocuSign all checkboxes change to that selected value.  Is there a way to make each checkbox independent of one another?  Am not seeing this issue with the Initials tab type.

We lost a bunch of contracts from 2015 in a cyber incident.  Therefore, I need to get my customers to sign about a dozen new contracts.  I am the signer for my company and I will be sending the contracts to the customers. When doing paper contracts, I would ask the customer to sign and return.  I would countersign and return a copy to them.When I send out these new contracts, should I e-sign before sending (because I will get my copy when they e-sign, right?)  Or, do I set the signing order to be customer first, then me second?Probably a simple answer, but since I have never run the DocuSign process from the contract originator side, I want to make sure that I set it up the best way possible (and not make learning mistakes in front of my customers).

We currently have two seats on our account and we are looking to completely remove one seat, not a user assigned to a seat but the actual seat / license itself.The support team said that we can do this ourselves from Settings, but I cannot see any setting to remove a seat.  Assign / unassign a seat to a user, yes but actually removing the seat / licence, no.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

can I send a document with the option for either party to sign to one email or two emails and not have it remain open if only one signs?
