I’m using the free version.  I have 57 recipients.  I’m entering them one by one, and twice now, when I have about 30 recipients entered, I have an error message for all of them starting at recipient no 11.   It says: There was an error saving one of your recipients. Please try again.   First 10 recipients are good.  What is going on and why does the message appears only after I have so many entered?

I apologize for the inconvenience, I know the importance of placing the recipients as needed, and I understand that when you enter more than 10 recipients you get the error There was an error saving one of your recipients. Please try again.

 

To confirm by free version are you referring to the free trial version? If yes, the limit is ten recipients per envelope.

 

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic.
