HelloHave just signed up for Docusign & when I send my document(envelope) to people red squares appear around the text I have written./inserted. I thought they might disappear when I actually send the document but, they dont.Any ideas why the red squares are there and why they dont go away once envelope has been sent or how do I get rid of the red squares?Many Thanks.

We have reinstalled the app but they still aren't coming through. One "Test" document made it through but I was not able to sign it. Documents signed via email are not showing up in the app either. We haven't (knowingly) changed anything in our settings. Both users are on iphone.

So i’ve tried both PowerForms and WebForms but both end up using and showing the base document. For whatever reason I have a project to get done inside of DocuSign but my largest hurdle is the team I’m helping doesn’t want to work on redoing their PDF form to match what they want to do in DocuSign. So I’ve tried webforms and powerforms but both still put all the inserted information on a base document that looks horrible. Is there a way to just build a baseless form inside of DocuSign?

When I used Adobe Acrobat for signing documents we could set the size of the signature field and the signature would adjust its size to fit in the box.With docusign I can’t relate the size of the signature box to the actual area on the form/document. Docusign seems to randomly adjust the signature to fit and more often than not it is not placed where, or within the area constraints, of where I want it to be.Is there a way to figure out where the top and bottom (and left/right) of the signature box will be and keep the signature within those constraints?I have a similar problem with fields, and one that Adobe Acrobat handled perfectly. In docusign when I add a field, such as SIGNATURE DATE, the date that docusign puts in that field does not center top/bottom and it will run far off the right side of the field size that I defined if it feels it needs to (instead of just adjusting the font size to fit). So if I want a field to be in a table/matrix on a form, there is no guarantee the data

I sent someone a document to sign on DocuSign but the PDF says they signed at a different time than the history on DocuSign shows.  Is there any way they can both be correct?

I am trying to set a template where my admin fills it out the form (they don’t need to sign it), then sends it to a salesperson to sign, me to review, then to the customer for signature. I know it’s got to be possible, but I can’t seem to figure it out. My hack is for her to have a signature box in a corner to allow that flow. TIA.

The signer signed without a date. How do I check the date of the signature without going through the signer and logging into Docusign?

Hi,I sent to community yesterday but not had any replies although some did view it.So my issues is and only just started to happen on some but not all envelopes.I have created an envelope with a few documents to sign and with other back-up data on others. The first person to sign cannot see all the documents where I can!I did a test yesterday with a few people with 3 pages, 1 person to sign doc 1, the other person to sign doc 2 and doc 3 was for info only.Person 1 could see doc 1 & 3 & Person 2 could see docs 2 & 3. Whats happening??Alan

I sent one document to 14 people for signature on a group envelope. All but one have signed and he can’t access the email due to firewall or other issues (cox.net email). He wants me to resend to him using another email but I don’t know how to do that. Any help?Worst case, can I delete him from the signers and keep the 13 signatures I have or do I have to start over to give him a new email address?What is the best way to send 14 people the same document for signature - do you have to set up 14 DocuSigns?Thanks!

Hi all, I have sent a number of envelopes for signing and some of the recipient's cannot see ALL thos documents.Does anyone know why this may be the case? Thks,Alan 

I would prefer if there was no signing order for documents. From what I can see, it seems that if you just don’t click the signing order box it’ll send the document to sign to all participants at the same time. Am I understanding correctly? I also want all the participants to be able sign on the same document. It seems as if all the participants do sign on the same document. Or does there have to be a signing order in order to all sign on the same document?

When using a PowerForm, say a signee declines to sign said document sent by the PowerForm.  After signee clicks “decline to sign,” they still receive notifications to sign.  Is there a way to stop the notifications?  Also, is there a way to see who the PowerForm has been sent out to? Like a tracking tool of some sort. Thanks!

Hi I have for some reason 3 seats and i only need one. I also bought a lot of envelops but docusign tells me i have none left.I need to have some refund on the seats. 

Is there a way to update settings for a Template to merge the documents into one PDF when they are completed and sent via email to all recipients or a specific recipient? We send multiple documents via Bulk Send so we create a template for mass process; however when we receive the completed documents to our filing we would love to have all the documents combined into one PDF instead of the separate documents.  

Hi, is there a way to always have the ‘receives a copy’ option prepopulated with the users details once when creating an envelope?  Thanks 

We recently started using DocuSign Template assistant for word and find it really useful. It helps us in automating the generation of employment contracts. We would like to use this along with Bulk Send feature, where I can add the fields like employee name, number, business unit, grade etc. in a csv and upload it.Has anyone tried this combination of Template Assistant and Bulk Send feature before? Is there a workaround?

I’m using the free version.  I have 57 recipients.  I’m entering them one by one, and twice now, when I have about 30 recipients entered, I have an error message for all of them starting at recipient no 11.   It says: There was an error saving one of your recipients. Please try again.   First 10 recipients are good.  What is going on and why does the message appears only after I have so many entered?

Occasionally the “Sent From” email name is my account name as it should be but often times is shows the docusign email address.  Any suggestions? 

We don't want our users to be able to mistakenly choose the wrong name/email when specifying the recipients of the envelope.

I am new to DocuSign and am learning my way around.  The company I work with has eSignature templates defined for their order forms.Within the template framework, Is it possible to pull data from an external data source for data validation?  For example, the sales rep enters a product ID that then get validated, the product description is returned, and the associated template field is populated.Thanks,Joe

Is there a different view other than thumb nails. I have to rearrange 40 documents every week to the correct order and the thumb nail view is annoying when dragging every which way.  

One of my users can't upload any documents sending an envelope. Only option available is Use a Template. The user applied these steps: Logged into DocuSign Click on "Drop documents to get started or click the 'Start' button." Click "Send an envelope" On the Add document section click "Upload" The only option that appears in the dropdown is "Use a template" Typically, we would have the following options:Browse Use a template Box Dropbox Google Drive OneDriveWhat is the reason that the user is unable to see the other options?
