Along with documents I need completed and signed, I need the applicants CV/Resume attached returned to me. Is there a way to add this feature to a template? 

@Rick M 327 There is a DocuSign field called attachment.  Like most DocuSign fields you add it wherever you want on the document and its assigned to a specific color coded Recipient.  This allows the Recipient to upload one or more additional documents in many different formats including the typical PDF or DOCX.  This attachment is added after the documents that were on the initial envelope.
