Hi everyone,I hope someone can help with my question about removing a document from an envelope.When I send a contract to be signed, I have to include an internal request document that outlines the contract details and the reason for the signing. This document needs to be seen by our company signatory but should not be sent to the other party.Is there a way to set up the envelope so that the internal information document is automatically removed before DocuSign sends it to the contract to the other party? I’ve looked into it but haven’t found a clear solution.Thanks!

I am brand new to DocuSign.  So, I want to create a template for a retainer agreement.  I will send it to many different clients.  I need to change the client’s name, address, matter, and salutation on each agreement.  Is there a way to do this once the template is created.  I thought I could leave the spaces blank on the template, and then type the information in a text box for each agreement.  This did not work.  When I sent it to myself, all that I have typed in is still in a yellow Field Box.  So frustrated.  I wanted to do this after I created the template.  I don’t want to keep creating a template for each recipient.

Hi all! Is it possible to manage actions of the carbon copy recipient, in particular stop the ‘View certificate of completion’?I need the cc recipient just to receive the email(when the envelope is competed) with the signed document(s) attached into it, and that’s it. Thank you in advance

Hi guys, I’m trying to integrate a hyperlink button to my terms and conditions on my docs when sending to customers/signers.I can’t seem to link it up, I’ve tried using a text box and hyperlinking it, however its not allowing the function or showing the option at all.Any help is much appreciated.Kind regards

I send pdf files and they’re fine, but Excel files get cut off for the viewer/recipient. How do I solve this issue? Thank you.

I have 300+ purchase and sales agreements to send. I got familiar with the bulk send feature, including prefilling pertinent information with the CSV file.HOWEVER, in my case, each PSA needs to have a unique attachment appended to the PSA. A map with unit 1 circled needs to be appended to the unit 1 agreement, unit 2 circled needs to be appended to unit 2 agreement, etc.I have the documents with each iteration already created (circles applied), but I’m really hoping there is a way to automate this without having to manually assemble each package.

Am considering use of Powerforms for high volume business use case, so just trying to understand what action determines when a Powerform gets included into the envelope count.Is it triggered and counted as an envelope if they eg. just follow the URL link to the landing page where the PowerForm Signer Information becomes visible but then go no further.Or is it only once they have selected and activated under the “Begin Signing” button on that landing page that sees it included under our envelope count.

I start an envelope from the “Manage” option on the menu on top. I select an existing template and when I get to advance edit, I add a new document from template. Once I finish completing all the names, adresses, email subject and message, I click Next. But in the overview of my 2 merged documents some text boxes are missing. I check the original template and everything is in there. How can I fix this?

Can docsign be used to sign scanned documents with manual mark ups? 

We want a recipient (and us) to receive not only the signed document, but also the Summary sheet.  Is there a setting to have that included by default?

Hello Docusign Community!,an issue appeared in march for us and after submitting support requests to Docusign, Adobe (we use esign there too) and Microsoft - I haven’t seen a resolution (finger pointing) and then just basically check back soon… 1. Open email in Outlook on the web which has attachment to sign is attached, click the Docusign icon -then click Sign Now.2. Proceed thru process of signing click Finish, "You’re all done" appears - good at this point.3. Click on "Send By Email", and a new email window appears, then an error just below the top ribbon appears, "The following files couldn't be attached: TestDoc.pdf. Please try again later."notes:The test document is 27kb. Latest versions of Chrome & Edge tested. Cleared caches, reboots, updates. Turned firewall off Windows 10 & 11. Good Morning!  I am somewhat new to DocuSign. When I upload the document and go to advanced options, it has a lock that is greyed out and says “Contact your administrator to enable recipients privileges”. Does anyone know how to enable them? I am the administrator for my account.  Thanks,

 Sometimes I get an email from docuSign with the signed documents attached and sometimes I need to login to retrieve the documents to download.  How can I set it up so the client ALWAYS gets a copied emailed to them?  And if it matters, I’m under my brokerages umbrella of users, so it is something they’d need to “turn on” because I can’t find the option anyway on my dashboard/ profile / settings. Thank you !!!

"The specified envelope has duplicate recipients." This is my error message, however I need 2 people  to sign 10 separate documents twice, but they can’t sign first. What can I do? Thanks

Hi,We currently have several departmental accounts using shared departmental emails who each create and edit their own templates and power forms. However, we are going in the direction of having all public facing accounts use SSO or MFA, which means having individual designated Admin for each department for this purpose.We see that the Display Name for any account can be changed so that emails show as coming from, say “AMDA Records via DocuSign” rather than “John Smith via Docusign”. But we also do not want an individual departmental user receiving all the notifications (voided power forms, student who reply with questions, etc) for the power forms they have created, but I do not see a way to have those go to an alternate email address aside from that of the logged in user. Is there a solution to this? Thank you

In DocuSign CLM, we have Tasks Groups set up so everyone in the Task Group can see all of the tasks and receive all of the notifications. Now this is no longer working and everyone in the Task Group can only see their own tasks. Has anyone had an issue similar to this? Do you have any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue?

We need to prevent users with the CLM Viewer license from accessing the document generation forms. Those forms are accessed thru the Actions Menu.

Hi,Could you please provide more info. on below as these are required for our project on priority.Download all documents at once and put it in one storage point with proper folder structure with specific contract number. Currently limit is set to only 20 contracts. There is no direct spring CM to Spring CM instance transfer. (download and upload option not available). can  migrating all contracts to a new Docusign (SpringCM) instance. Creating Approval groups without lot of manual activities. Filtering Contracts rather than going at account level (account by account). Also, display limit is only 1000 contracts. Is there a way to increase the number. Thanks for the help.Best RegardsPB
