We have the standard $25 per month per user. We only have one user account.  I sometimes login in from different locations. For some reason only one of the locations that I login from when I hit send it says maximum envelops exceeded.   However, I will try to send the same envelope from a different location and I do not get that message. Any ideas on why this is happening? Is this like a Netflix policies to stop sharing ids?

I have a business pro account, and I have the signer attachments setting enabled. But when I create an envelope or use a template, the option is not available to me. I’m pulling my hair out here. What am I doing wrong?

Is it possible to release dynamic PDFs, i.e. PDFs with fillable fields, via Docusign in order to make them available in a document management system according to ISO9001?

Hi all, Due to an internal workflow change I am now tasked to countersign invoices from my reports in the region. A high volume of small invoices. It’s purely an administrative function.Opening and signing invoice by invoice is quite time consuming (and tedious). Is there a way to just select the range of invoices and batch or bulk sign them? Any help appreciated, would be a huge time saver!BestOkke  

We try to install the app “DocuSign for Dynamics” in our Environment. Our Environment is located in Switzerland. We are not able to install the App, it displays always an error message (which is not helpful at all, it just states that we need to contact support). Is the reason for this that the data center is located in Switzerland? Unfortunately, we do not receive any feedback on our ticket in DocuSign...

I have a requirement for envelope expiration, The expiration date for the link is 30 days from the day it was sent to the recipient The signatory will have 120 days to complete the workflow once it has been initiated (i.e once the link has been clicked on)But I found only this under settings. is there a way to achieve both the requirements? 

Hi thereWe prepare our contract outside of DocuSign and upload the document for signing.We do not really use the “Field” except the signature field. We are quite puzzled as to how to enter “First Name” and “Last Name” of the recipient on the recipient page? At the beging of the legal process, I send an envelope with one document to the first party who needs to sign. Once they have signed I need to add a second document to the same envelope. Is this possible? Can I add new documents/templates to an existing in process envelope?

I am a DS Admin for my university. I am wondering the best way to give someone a developer account using our corporate emails if possible. I am completely new to the DS admin role. We have some employees who are utilizing the DS developer accounts through their personal email addresses (ex:gmail). 

When I submit my folder for signing the envelope starts to create and then an error occurs while uploading.  Has anyone had this problem

I had to “correct” a file prior to my client signing since I forgot to add one document. I was unable to add the document due to not having any envelopes, so I had to purchase a subscription.. again. Pretty sure I already did this, but for some reason only had 3 envelopes this month. I have had to correct/add documents in the past but was never penalized and had to use an additional envelope. Is this new to the terms or was I just robbed a whole envelope? New this week..When I send a document for signature and also list someone else to receive a copy of the documents, I get a message that says "Joint agreements require additional authentication" for the person who is just receiving a copy.  Is this a new feature?

I am having trouble understanding the URL to publish. DocuSign states that we need a webhook to achieve this, but neither our team knows how to create one nor I. Is this something that a programmer needs to do? Do I need to create a DNS request ? Thank you so much

Is there any one at Docusign who is working on detection and *automatic* placement of signatures on scanned pdfs? If so, where can I play with this? If not, what is preventing this from happening? It seems like this should be possible now that there is Machine Learning. Thoughts?

Hi there - I’m looking to see if anyone knows if it is possible to export an itemised list of template contents (ie list of document titles within a template). I’m aware of downloading the contents of the template to PDF or exporting data of reports/completed envelopes, but am not able to find if you can export a list of prepared templates and their contents.My team and I manage 500+ pre-set templates for business use, and it would be handy to export an itemised list to better audit and maintain our account.

The word “docusign” is being inserted on the signature line when I try to sign. My profile has my signature and intials but they are not being inserted into documents.Also - I do not get the prompt to adopt or change my signature while on the active document I’m trying to sign.  I’m desperate to get this corrected so as the document I need to sign is due in 3 days.

When setting up a new drop down list - is there any system limitation as to the maximum number of options you can create/include for the recipients to select from under a drop down list, eg 50, 100.

I was told by another help person that I need to know who my account manager is so that I can get the cost of bulk sending. We have no idea who our account manager is. How do I find this out and how do I find out how much extra the bulk sending feature is???
