Hello! Is there a maximum number of people who can sign the document? We are expecting more than 100 signatures on one PDF. Is that possible in DocuSign?Thanks

We are working on getting our petitions (documents students fill out and sign) to be accessible when it is in DocuSign. We are using one of the petitions as a test and have re-created it in Word and used Word’s accessibility checker. The questions I have pertain to the formatting of form fields when creating it in DocuSign. Should you “Add text” in a form field or leave it blank or leave it as is (the text box has the word text in it)? Should you put some wording in the “Data Label” box when editing or leave it blank? Are there other formatting tips that you have from your attempts at making something accessible in DocuSign?

Hello,I am setting up some empathy training for staff to impress upon them the need to edit their DocuSign forms for accessibility.  I am using NVDA for the demonstration and I admit I don’t know NVDA very well.  My question is:  From an accessibility perspective only, why do we need to change the field data labels from the default to something meaningful?  I can’t get the screen reader to see the field data labels.  The screen reader DOES see the tool tips as well as the Add Text content.  I realize meaningful field data labels are much easier to work with when using DocuSign with other systems but my end users don’t care about that.  Can someone give me a practical reason why we should change the data label, from an accessibility point of view?Also, should the Data Label and the Tool Tip match the text label on the form for simple fields.  For example “Client Name ____________”  Then the Data Label = Client-Name and the Tool Tip = Client’s Name.  Or is there a better best practice? T

Wondering if there is a way to generate a link to an envelope? We have executives who have troubles (or impatience) with finding the DocuSign emails which often end up in their spam folders, or buried among many others, and are trying to streamline the process for them. We are proposing that instead we send the executives a manual email which outlines our ask (e.g., covers the details of the contract, purpose, attaches any other pertinent information such as internal business case etc), and then has the link directly to the eSignature page for them to complete the signature process.As far as I can see, the only way to get this link is to somehow intercept the email that has gone to the executive and copy it from there? Is there any other way? I have looked at Powerforms and I don’t think this works for this situation as I think this is overkill for the requirement.

I have access to a General DocuSign mailbox which holds Agreements from many departments in our company. Often I am asked to search for a specific agreement by the name of the ‘Vendor’ only. Often times this agreement has not been saved by the Vendor name, but by the ‘Contract’ name. I am not given any other information. When entering search information I often get results which include results with the search request mentioned ‘anywhere’ in the agreement. Is there anyway to narrow this down?Sometimes the list can be over 50+ agreements and if the Vendor name isn’t in the ‘title’ I have to open up each document to see if it is what I am searching for. There has to be an easier way, I just don’t know how to get around it. 

Hello. I need to send multiple employees 1 template document. How do I utilize the bulk list feature when sending the template but eliminate my name as the 1st to sign the template? Can I just utilize the bulk list feature and send the 1 template to the multiple employees? Thank you!

Client is being asked to log in to sign a document - in 4 years this has never happened before

Hi, I have an issue with one of my users, they log onto Docusign and upload a document to be signed, they then select/enter the recipient and submit the request to sign.  The recipient never gets the email, and when they log into Docusign webiste, there are no documents waiting for them to sign.  The recipient has had requests through before and has approved.  What am I missing please?

Dear DocuSign Community,I have questions regarding my account. In my account, I have several users (different companies), but the issue is that when signing documents for each of them, the registered address of the main account's company is displayed. The questions are as follows:Is it possible to make sure that the user's address is directly indicated when signing documents?Can a user be made into a separate new account, and can the data from this user be transferred to the new account?Your assistance on these matters would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I wonder if it is possible to download a signed document with the certificate pages as a “package”? I can see there is an option to do so, but it seems to be impossible, because then I pick that option, only the signed documents gets downloaded. To be able to download this as a package would save me a lot of time as I would not have to merge the documents using a separate tool. Regards, Andreas

I am creating a low code Microsoft PowerApp which uses Power Automate to connect to DocuSign. I want users to be able to upload a document in the PowerApp so envelopes can be sent as if they came from my myself. This would save a lot of admin for myself and would be a great way to collect the right information in the PowerApp.The Power Automate connection to DocuSign would use my login only for all users. Is this OK to do? We have an enterprise licence.

I am working on creating folders with set templates for documents that I will be frequently sending out for signatures and completion. I need to add text boxes for the possibility of a client needing to fill it in. Will there be a problem if the client does not need to fill the text box out because it doesn’t pertain to them or does everything need to be filled out to send back?

Trying to see if anything is restrictive when sending a document through docusign and they are located outside of the US and Canada.

My husband set up the signing packet for me to sign first and then my 2 sellers. I have signed.  The first seller wants his middle initial in there.  My husband is not available to do that immediately.  How can I do that so that this package can get signed immediately.?

I was sent a document to sign and I get to the email and click button that says “review document” and I’m sent to a website that says “the envelope is not accessible at this time. The envelope may have been recalled by the sender or require additional processing Additionally, the recipient may have failed authentication” what am I supposed to do to be able to sign and download document?

Hello,I have been having an issue with the language that my manager receives communication from DocuSign in. I send the document to my manager in English, not using a template, ensuring the language is in English. But she receives it in Croatian. When anyone else sends it to her she also receives it in Croatian. When I looked at her preferences, her language is set to English. Please can you assist. Many thanks.

Our organization has changed it’s primary email domain. Can I use Bulk User Update to change everyone’s email domain? Will users receive a new email from DocuSign to create a new password, etc.? Will that user’s envelopes show under the new user id? Thanks
