We want to have 7 day void date contract pdf requirement which we generate out of opportunity object in Salesforce, and along with that we want to send a reminder after 3 days after contract is sent , and reminder 24 hours before the pdf is going to expire/void.Steps we can follow :We can set up this in DocuSign account 'Reminider & Expiration setting' Set "Days before request expires" to 7  We can put 'Days before reminder sent' to 3 , Assuming it will send the reminder after 3 days   We can set ‘Days between reminders’ to 3 OR We can set 'Days to warn signers before expiration' to 1 this will send warning email before 24 hours? Issues : Bit of issue with setting values in "Days between reminders:" this is a mandatory field, if we set this to 0 (Zero) , will it send reminder everyday??OR If we set it to 3 , will it send a reminder on 6th day ?? and then we also have 'Days to warn signers before expiration' to 1 so will customer get two emails on 6th day , one for reminder and on

Hello, I need help with populating the subject line of the template I created.  The template contains a file that uses the matching feature.  When I upload a document, I want the name of the uploaded document to appear in the subject line. Initially, when I click “Use” to open the template, I see the name of the template file in the subject line.  But, when I upload the document that I want to match to the template, then the subject line changes to “Complete with DocuSign”.  

I have a requirement where the user was earlier created for an account but no longer uses that account and after few months they have raised another request to add their user id for eSign for a different account. But when the user tried to login it was showing up from the old account where I am not able to see any options to remove from the old account and add into new account. I have searched and found the below thread link where it was mentioned to close the user from old account and then create it in the new account. I have perfomed the same, but I want to remove the user from the old account completely as I am still able to see the user status as closed in the old account as it is the default account. It showing option to re-activate as well.  Remove Users from Accounts (docusign.com) My ask here is whether we can remove the user completely from the old account or unlink from the old account. 

Hello All,Could you please help me with the following question - employee tried to send an envelope in May 2024 but DocuSign told him that he reached by envelope limit. Does anyone know why that might be?Employee uses correct company account in DocuSign. Company`s plan started January 1st, 2024, and has unused envelops including untapped envelops in May 2024.Thank you in advance!  

Why  are the  number out of sequence where ir says "Role"  its starts with 1 and then 10, 11, 12/???How do i disable  the sign  in order?

Hi there,I need to survey around 400 people and collect their signatures due to IRB requirements. Specifically, I need:The actual participant’s signature (no need to collect names and email addresses). The participant should not need to log in to DocuSign.The survey will be distributed by a survey company, and I want to provide them with a link that can collect only the participant’s signature. I understand that “PowerForm” can create a link and obtain signatures without requiring a login.However, I would like to know if I can send this link to more than 400 people (aiming to get 250 responses) and if it can collect actual signatures (e.g., using a mouse)?Thank you.

Can we add a content merge tag inside a conditional merge tag ? 

If we enable the feature – Allow sender to download Form data –  for our user with a regular Docusign account, will this change be affect out Part11 side as well? Im thinking no but want to make sure.

Hello, I am a DocuSign user at a large company and have a large volume of documents running through templates. I really need to unlock the frequency of reminders feature. I know an admin has to do this, but that person can’t seem to figure out how to do this on my account. Could someone please send step by step admin rules for unlocking this feature for users? 

I need to delete repeating signers some people have 2-3 emails, then they stop using some and i need to delet those that are old and not used anymore. 

Apologies for the possibly incorrect Category/Tag, I’m unsure which DocuSign product is involved here other than my issue involves something “Powered by DocuSign”.As part of a job application process, I need to obtain a copy of my transcript from my university, which involves a DocuSign product/process. I created my access password and sent the transcript to myself, which both went to my email. I clicked the Review Document button in my email and correctly entered my access password, but I accidentally clicked the gray “ . “ button next to the yellow “Access” or “Login” button, I don’t remember which exactly it was. The gray button that only contained a period took me to an “Envelope or Account Activation Not Found” error page of the Activate Wizard, and now every time I click the Review Document button in my email, I am taken to that error page. I don’t know what this “ . “ button is for, but it might have something to do with the problem.

Hi there, I have the same issue with one of our users in the firm.Once have a look at here, found this question He does not have a DocuSign account, and the Sender is me, I have checked My Preferences > Regional Settings > it has been set to Match my Computer’s time zone. So it sjould be 6 June, whereas once he signs the letter, the signed date shows 5 Jun, a day before. Any idea?

Hi there,  I have been trying to update my new email address for Docusign.  I have gone through my profile to change the email and it wants to confirm with a security code. I get the code in my new email and enter it to secure.  It continues to show and error and to try again.  This has continued for days.  Your help is appreciated.  thanks   Dean

My co-worker sent an envelope that needs to be corrected. I am the admin and I have shared access with this co-worker.  However, I do not the ability to ‘correct’ the envelope. What do I need to do to be able to make corrections on behalf of my co-workers.Thanks!

In the course of the contract processing, we have several folks cc’d, and then it needs to go to user A for initialling, then user B for signature (along with c,d,e signatures).  User A was sent the document to sign, not initial. Can I change it to just initial while the task is with user A?  Many thanks!

I have created a zap to “Send Envelope Using Template” in zapier. The data is being pulled from a gravity form and imported into a Docusign template we use. In zapier the “data in’ section has the correct data importing but the “data out” in blank. This then causes the envelope to be sent blank (defeating the purpose). Any ideas on what I need to fix? 

I am trying to locate a partially signed doc from a year ago . The basic filters do not show anything. Is there a way to find it? Jeff 

I keep getting an “undeliverable message” though I have checked and the email address address of the recipient is correct.

When we add a wrong value of phone number, they display us this error message Recipient phone number is invalid. Phone number for SMS Authentication, my question can we personalize it in fucntion of language of the user of the  org of the user (we integrate salesforce with docusign) 

We are trying to move away from people logging into shared accounts.  We have powerforms set up under a shared account mailbox so that all responses go to that mailbox instead of an individual user.  But to manage the powerforms and any envelopes initiated from the powerform, we have to log into that account using a shared password. Is there a way around this?  Like, designating a user to be able to manage the powerforms and envelopes under another user account?

I’m sending contracts to my clients for signature and when they return completed, the Signatures are “BLACKED OUT”. Almost like a highlighter but, with Black color. My compliance department will not accept. Any idea what what I may have done to cause this? This only starting occurring on my last 2 contracts. I have attached example but, disregard the Blue ink, thats to protect names and numbers of contract.
