I'm currently integrating DocuSign with our application using the OAuth flow for the purpose of conducting access reviews. During this process, I've encountered a challenge in identifying the actual owner of a DocuSign account.Our integration allows for user management, including deletion. However, we want to implement a safeguard to prevent the accidental deletion of the account owner. The API documentation and current endpoints don't seem to provide a clear method for distinguishing the account owner from other administrative users.Is there an API endpoint or a recommended approach to reliably identify the original owner or primary administrator of a DocuSign account? I need to map 1000s of documents in many languages on a regular, continual basis, and while similar in nature, the documents vary widely in format, so fields are named differently and are positioned in different places.  Because the documents are intended for paper signing, check boxes and radio buttons can sometimes be simple lines, or may, or may not require initials, and the number and names of signers differ widely. I’m trying to understand if IDR could help in some way with that.  Does it consider the text that surrounds field-placement?  What does it actually learn when I place IDR fields?  Does it consider where I have placed fields?  How do I tell if it’s working?  What specific operations are used to enage/disengage it? The documentation seems pretty minimal, in spite of this feature being around for a long time.  Thanks for any info anybody has!

I am trying to fulfill a business partner request to create email messages referencing other recipients.  I know there are ways to write the [[Data:Recipient Name]] but it is different from using an ECF.  Does anyone have a cheat sheet that has all the hacks you can use in the verbiage of email message when using multiple recipients and specific email messages as you progress through the workflow?

Hi, I have a question - is it possible to see on the original envelope sent where multiple recieptents  where allocated within the documents to sign?

After obtaining 2 original signatures, we are unable to recirculate form for the final signature.  We are being told we need to grant permission to edit and sign….but completed doc appears to be locked?

Docusign used to be so easy to search for signed agreements.  Now it has changed and no longer searches for my keyword.  Has anyone else seen this change, and do you have any tips for finding a Completed contract? Thanks!

I am org admin and we have two department. An employee is moving from one dept to another. How to transfer their account and envelope from one dept to other dept within our organization.

Hi,Hoping someone might be able to help.I’m trying to set document visibility, added the recipient as signer and checked the “ Recipients must be signers to view signed documents”. also added a field for the person in the file. however, the visibility is blocked. can’t be edited.Please advise.  

Hello,  I do not have the option to adjust where my Envelope ID is placed. I’ve followed the support step, but the option does not appear. I have a paid version of DocuSign. We have signed and completed ALL fields, but there is still red around the some fields, even though they have been completed.  This is preventing us from Finishing.

Hi,I am struggling to access a document I signed a few months ago. When I click on the “Review Documents” button in the email I received from the sender, I am asked to click “Send new link” or “log in”. When I click “Send new link” I don’t get any new emails. I’ve checked the other folders and there is nothing there, and I’ve tried this many times for a few days but I receive nothing. What can I do, and who can I contact about this?Any advice would be deeply appreciated!

The envelope signer e mail address has changed. How I can avoid, to get for a new envelope the suggestion with the old e mail address? Because otherwise I choose the old address for the signer by mistakte. 

I am new to DocuSign and, even though I already sent several documents out for signatures, I would like to create Rooms to have everything more organized but, it I can not find the way on how to do it. I already went to FAQs and it was not help at all. Does anybody know if this is an option for 1 Admin Accounts or just for bigger organizations??

When placing a text box into a template why does a second text box auto-populate?  I have a template that has one area for student and one area for parent and addresses or emails can be different. However, the text box in the student area auto-populates in the parent area.  How can I fixe this 

We are trying to utilize webforms in our office where reasonable.  One issue we keep coming up against is an individual contributor creates the template and then the form.  However, we want the form/envelope to route from our company account, instead of the individual.Our past practice for templates and powerforms was the change of ownership was the last step before we went live.  However, the webform edit page does not all change owner.  The last instruction I saw was that it could only be moved to an administrator.  That is not feasible in our environment.  Any ideas?

Or is there a way of retrieving an uncompleted document that I was working on? Every time my internet falls away I have to start again - I haven't managed to complete a document yet!

Hello.  What is the best practice for an educational institution that needs to obtain a student’s signature on a DocuSign form that also requires a co-signature by a representative of that institution? There does not seem to be a bulk signature option when multiple documents need to be processed.  Does anyone have any suggestions about how to address this need most efficiently?Thank you.

Though I am the administrator for our account, we have several users who each send envelopes. Is there are way for notifications to go only to the sender?
