Somehow, when I purchased a new laptop I ended up with a new account that only gave me 3 envelopes. I have been on Docusign since 2019 with my Brokerage’s account but now I can’t figure out how to log into the new laptop with my old account

Hello,In my account, the “Start on adopt” option at Signature Adoption Configuration is not available.I can select only Start on draw and Start on upload.Can you please help me to activate this option?Thank you. 

Hello,I created a document for eSignatures to multiple signatories in an order, all went well till the last person in the order had to sign.On clicking the link, the browser kept throwing the error “Unable to start signing process”. I tried resending the document/email and then copied the link in incognito mode in Chrome but got the same result.Doesn’t work on the mobile either.What can I do to resolve this ?Thanks 

I have a document with 10 signatures. I am waiting on one person to sign. If I hit resend, will it resend to all signatories or just the one unsigned? Is there a way for me to send the ling to that one person I am waiting to sign? I don’t want to send message to the whole list while only waiting on one person.

After sending the documents, I can see the status in the DocuSign Envelope status components in the related tab. However, when I click on "View All," it shows "The requested resource does not exist." Please refer to the screenshot. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. 

I’m on a Personal Plan with 5 sends per month. I sent 4 envelopes in the the last 30 days but Docusign says 0 sends left.  What’s up?My billing date is the 17th of the month (that’s tomorrow) but I should sill have 1 send left on my account.  I really don’t need to upgrade but that’s the only option I’m being given.  Has anyone seen this situation?  How did you resolve it?

Hi,I’ve added and then deleted my Logo in Settings > Brands.  Now it’s WAY too big (resolution was too high, evidently) and I want to delete it (or replace it with a lower resolutions logo) but I can’t.  Can someone please help me figure out how to do this?The problem is that my logo is showing up as ENORMOUS to the email viewer (why DocuSign can’t automatically reduce the size/resolution of a logo is beyond me, but for a different discussion).  The high-resolution logo is so large, that it’s nearly 4x the width of a 20” wide PC screen -- so the viewer can’t read it, and can’t see the link to the docusign document (which is about 2-3 screens to the “right” when it pops up via email.I know I need to get rid of my logo, or replace it with a lower resoution logo.  But here’s where the madness begins.  I replaced my logos with lower-resolution logos, but that didn’t do anything -- the emails still have the massive logo.  So I deleted my logos from from Brands, but that didn’t work.  I e

I am trying to figure out how to allow a user that has filled out a doc gen form to be able to use the doc gen from to edit the information.  They don’t want to see a flat contract, they need to see options and be able to pick thing.

Hi guys, I am trying to build a power automate flow with docusign connectors. I’m getting an error message, when the action “Send envelope” is triggered. “Signers that are required to meet 21 CFR part 11 compliance must have at least one required, non-conditional Signature or Initials tab.”What is the actual problem here? (1) Do I have to set a signature field upfront, maybe with a template?(2) Or does the connector not know, if the recipient of the envelope is certificated for 21 CFR Part 11? Everyone in the company has a 21 CFR Part 11 signature in docusign, so this should not be a problem at all.Does someone has a solution for this case?  Hit me up! Ideally when we click on view all link, it will be redirected to ‘Docusign Status’ list view to display all the docusign enveloped created from salesforce. This was working fine earlier but recently it shows ‘the requested list view resource doesn’t exist’. We don’t have control over Docusign envelope status aura bundle component to modify the list view filter name as it is a managed package.Current behavior:Expected behavior: 

I am trying to resend an envelope as the next recipient has not signed the document and says that the link is not working; I have already had to correct this envelope once.  I needed to correct it a second time but  when I tried this the system did not allow that, so I am (hopefully) resending it as the previous corrected versionHaving resent it, I am being told that they have not received it again.  Is this linked to the fact that the free trial has expired or should I keep trying? Does it time out?Does the fact that I tried correcting it a second time mean that the system is now confused over the status of the envelope?Thanks

We are currently starting to use DocuSign with a print driver and templates. How can I get multiple documents in one envelope using templates from a print driver. I can get multiple documents in the envelope without using templates. I can also get one template to work with the print driver but the next document I try with a template generates a second envelope. 

Hi there,I’d love any help on how to add in my initials and signature into new templates that I’m creating. I can only get it to add in the initial or signature prompt/field but it doesn’t show my esignature or e-initials. I’ve looked through Youtube videos and can’t seem to see how to do this. I’ve jumped into preview to see if when I add in my signature field that it pulls through correctly, but it isn't working…Any help would be appreciated.Thank you!Paige

Is it possible to export the results of a bulk send? In this case we would like to export into a CSV containing the name/email of each recipient, the status of their envelope, the answer to the yes/no question in the form, and if applicable the date and time of their signing.

Hello  I am having an issue with my document,  when the first person signs it autopopulates the part for both signers,

I am a receiver only, I do not send documents for signature. I recently logged in to my account with my email and password to retrieve a previously signed document. I was then asked for a passkey or a biometric verification. How do I create a passkey or face recognition? 

The Summary Certificate contains emails address and phone numbers that should not be disclosed to the other signing parties.  Is there an option to prevent the certificate from being sent to certain signers?  

Clients completed a docusign envelope at 1:42pm EST. The email notification that they completed the document arrived at 10:16pm EST.Also the email notifications that the clients viewed the documents arrived at 10:18pm.   Separately, I recently received duplicate emails of a completed envelope a day or so later.  Is there some sort of issue or glitch occurring with the email notification system?

I signed a document which was sent by a third party. It no longer shows on my dashboard and I would like to access and download it. It was signed the same day I attempted to do this, so well within the 6 month period. How can I access and download it? Thanks much

A colleague keeps receiving a reminder from DocuSign to sign a document, however the document is fully signed already.  I have checked the history of this document and it shows her signing in May and all parties receiving a fully signed copy of the document in question. How can this reminder be stopped?  I have deleted the sent/signed docusign routing and no-else is experiencing this issue.Thank you for any helpKimH
