Hello,I would like the emails sent during the remote form signing process to come from a fictitious address such as my_company@noreply.fr, instead of the address associated with my account.Is this possible? If so, could you please guide me on how to proceed?Thank you.

At the end of every page, it says “Put your name, address, website, phone, fax number, and page number here”How do I take it out?

Hi!So I have 2 questions. We have 2 new employees on our team, and I am training them on the system. Because of the work we do, I need access to their envelopes and vice versa so we may help when someone is away/on vacation. I tried and was denied access.  Also, how do migrate an old accounts envelopes to a new person’s account? 

We need to back to 2017 to search for a DocuSign envelope and cannot figure out how to search that far back.Please advise.Thank you.

If a mobile number is in a recipients contact, how do you get it to automatically populate in an envelope when you select the recipient and use DS EU Advanced and select SMS?  I have to type the phone number in every time which is quite inconvenient.  Thank you.

I am a user at a company that uses templates.  I have starred my Favorite templates I use most often but they are not showing up on my home screen like with my co-workers.  My admin has checked and everything is the same for all Sending Users.  Any idea how to fix this?

I was sent a document from a third party that contains two signatures, supposedly signed by DocuSign (there is a DocuSign Doc ID number, though the signatures do not include the DocuSign brackets). Adobe Acrobat is saying that at least one of the signatures is invalid. Is there a way i can lookup the Doc ID number and obtain the Certificate of Completion (or at least some details) about the transaction? Going back to the party that sent it to us is problematic, so I would like to try to find out as much about this transaction as I can before doing that.Thanks,Teri

I upload contract in Thai Language but it seems that after document is converted in Docusign the paragraph is not properly display.  Most of the case, Docusign break the word in the middle to enter a new line.  It looks like Docusign doesn’t have recognize Thai language and split the word as it like to do. Is there any locale setting which can solve this issue?  I know that converting to PDF is one way but we still need an option to stick with MS word file.Thanks.  

We have issues with the INDEX.csv for the mentioned file nameIt relates to PDF naming when there is like PDF.13MOTIS.pdf the new version of retrieve is fine for docusign retrieve, but when its like PDF.MXE062.XPS.pdf, the retrieve returns the rown in the index.csv with PDF.MXE062.XPS and doesn't supply .pdf . We know we can append that .pdf to make it work, but what we don't know is if we have some names like PDF.XXX.YYYY.ZZZ.pdf and then Docusign Retrieve may only return PDF.XXX.YYY and our append of .pdf only causes PDF.XXX.YYYY.pdf and the file name is PDF.XXX.YYYY.ZZZ.pdf.

I have a document with 6 signatories and I am missing one, but it won't let that one sign. When I try to correct it, it tells me that I exceeded the number of signatories. What can be done to allow me all the signers?

Good Morning,I am looking for some assistance if possible… We use Docusign to sign off our timber kit houses. The process we follow is - I create the form fill in details and sign. The form is then sent to the site manager to sign, once they sign the form it is sent to our head office for filing. In some instances the site manager is not signing and the form is then void. is it possible to make it so if this happens the form is still sent to the head office just without the site managers signature?  Also was wondering, is it possible for us to pre populate the forms for a full site but keep them stored somewhere until the point they are actually required? This could sometimes be 6-9 months ahead of time so I wouldn’t be looking for the reminder emails being sent until the time we go to use the form.  Thanks in advance, 

When I send a document to a client for signing, it is pre-populating a ‘text-typed signature’ and not allowing the user to change it to a hand-written signature. When they click on the pre-populated text-typed signature, it does not show a drop-down menu option to ‘change’. 

How do you apply branding on all accounts? is there such a function to carry out bulk branding?

Hi everyoneI want to add a hyperlink on a PDF to signI am creating the envelope via SDK using node by passing the tabs definition via params  I have ran into this article https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-to-create-a-hyperlink-in-DocuSign?language=en_US&rsc_301but I can not figure out a way to tell DocuSign SDK to use the custom field that I have created manually following the guide.is there a way to add the hyperlink using DocuSign SDK or calling the rest API when creating the envelope? Thanks in advance.

I’m trying to make a real estate contract with editable fields. I used to be able to easily upload a doc and then insert these editable fields, but for some reason I can no longer access the field list, everything is greyed out. 

I found a similar question here: Setting order to pre-fill fields | Community (docusign.com)That thread says to look for “field order” on the right hand menu when building a template, but I don’t see that at all. Similarly the instructions seen here: Advanced Properties for Fields (docusign.com) says to look for Field Order in the right hand menu when making a template.  I don’t see such an option. How do I get this turned on?

I am sending out a form that needs multiple people’s information - name and email. I do not have Powerforms the “specify the recipient” option. Is the only way to get around this is to have a text box field instead of name and email? I do not know who the other recipients are. Thank you.

Hi, I have sent a Nitro PDF document that has Note’s in it that show up off to the righthand side of the page (see second image below), these are for the Signer to review and then potentially approve. However, when it gets to the Signer, they cannot see the Note’s only the small yellow boxes (see first image below) on the page of the document that indicates a Note is there.Is there a way of being able to show the Note’s for the Signer? I have tried to get them to download the document, but this still only show the small yellow boxes.Any help on this is greatly appreciated! Many thanksLouise

I’m new to Docusign and trying to fill out a real estate Purchase & Sale Agreement, I can't figure out how to manipulate the text field to adjust it to fit on the line? I can click outside the box and get it to look like its adjustable, but it won't allow me to adjust to fit the lines. I don't have this issue with the company field any input is greatly appreciated!! Hello everyone,My business team would want a particular signing process and I like to know if it’s possible and what is the best way to help them with Docusign, please? During a workflow, a legal document should be signed by the 2 parties that approve the workflow. If the 2 parties approve the workflow, the document must be signed by both. However, the parties would like that when they appvrove the workflow, the document be automatic signed without additional steps that requests them to sign the document. I had a look to the API references but I didn’t see any API that would generate a signing and it seems strange that a tool as Docusign allow automatic creation of signing. I thought to an other way: it’s the signing that generates the approval of the workflow. So, no need of extra steps to approve the workflow.Have you ever been face with that case? What is your opinion, please?Thank you very much. Kind regards,Olivier 

I am preparing a template with a long contract document. In the beginning the details of the contract partner will be given (through a web form) to the template fields.One of the fields is “postal code and place”. 16 pages later the signatures will be given. Could we extract the place from above, copy it and paste it her automatically? If so, how? Thanks in advance. 

I am looking at a DocuSign Certificate of Completion and, for the two signers, the listed e-mail address is a long string of numbers, letter, and dashes with an “@email.com” domain at the end.These are not real e-mail addresses.Why is the Certificate of Completion showing this and not the signer’s actual e-mail addresses (which I know, so I can confirm the long, jumbled, numerals/letters address is wrong). Thank you.

 The field is used to store a code - its not a number ie uses a separator.  So I can't set it to field type Number
