Hi, i am opening a document via email sent from my employer which requires my initials printed on several pages, then a signature at the bottom. When i open to document it takes me to https://au.docusign.net/Signing/xxxxxxxxxxxx I have accidentally my wrote my signature while accessing the document via my phone as my initials and have no option to change them I cannot access this email via my account as when i sign in it takes me to https://apps.docusign.com/send/home ‘Alternate Signing Method’Visit Docusign.com, click 'Access Documents', and enter the security code:I have the security code from the email, but when i go to the link and use the security code, it will take me to my au.docusign.net/signing/xxxxxxxxxxxxx url where i cannot change my initial. When i try to contact support through https://support.docusign.com/s/?language=en_US then https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US and i click ‘open a support case’https://support.docusign.com/CSP_DSClogin?ec=302&am

Can you send a blind carbon copy in Docusign? I want to be able to send completed signed document to someone, but do not want anyone else on the thread to be able see their contact details.

Hi! New to DocuSign and I am creating templates for others in my company to use. Is it possible to have the required fields already set for when they need to use the template? That way they don’t have to set the required fields each time they are sending the template out for signature or completion.

As an admin, I set up a user account for a co-worker, but I made a mistake his email address, so he never received the invitation to log in.  I can’t change it because it is in Pending status, but he cannot activate his account because he does not have the email.  How can we resolve this?

Is the docusign signature code underneath the signature related to the docusign envelope code?

Is there a way to clear out the completed folder?I move the completed documents to their designated folder but there is still a copy that remains in the completed folder. 

I had a glitch in my docusign, it came back up but sent the wrong letter to the wrong person. How can this happen

I don’t have a specific word on each page I want initials next to. Is there anyway to easily add all recipients initials to each page? Sometimes my document is 30-40 pages and with 3-4 signatures that is a ton of back and forth. There has to be an easier way. 

Hello, I understand that DocuSign automatically recognizes our account, and once we sign an envelope for the first time, it pre-saves the signature for subsequent envelopes. For security reasons, I would prefer my signature not to be pre-saved. How can we address this?

I have created a template with 4 documents requiring multiple recipients to sign, use check boxes and text boxes.  The template contains all of the fields but when I try to send an envelope to a specific person which uses a personalized document in place of 1 of them, the template detected pop up doesn’t show up.Last night, the first time I tried it, the window popped up. I noticed an error on 1 doc so I deleted and recreated the template.  Now the window does not pop up.  Help please.

Hi Everyone,  I am trying to create a hyperlink in one of my documents, I've followed the instructions and its showing in the custom fields for me to select, which is great but when I send the envelope it doesn't then show up as clickable link.  It just shows up as box with the wording i put in. when I look at the tooltip the right URL is there. does anyone know how i can get this to work? its just a simple link to an external provider (occupational health) thanks in advance 

Hello - I sent a document out for multiple signatures only to find out later that one of the recipients is not correct and I need to change the person to someone else.    Is this possible without deleting the document and send out as a new one? Thanks.

I have a user with 2 DocuSign accounts. I have transferred all envelopes (that I can see from admin view) from their old user account to their new user account. No issues there. HHowever, the concern is the envelopes the user received in their old account. I do not see these available to transfer (which does make sense). These envelopes are in the status ‘Complete’. Is there a way for this user to send those completed envelopes, that they received, from their old account to their new account?

Hi,Being that for some reason I cannot log into support center due to a baffling auth error (Business Pro Account) I am coming here to ask a simple question I cannot find answers to.We have sent over the 100 envelope limit, currently we’re sitting at 200/100 envelopes sent.My question is: if I buy 100 additional envelopes how will those be added into the account? Those extra 100 will be added as total to the current 200/100 making it 200/200 and so I will not be able to actually use those? or will those 100 additional envelopes be added as a new 0/100 count?

Typically with a paper version of a CCA (Canadian Construction Association) Standard Contract, ie CCA1 I would have the owner of the company and a witness sign the contract and return to me - do I still need a “witness” signature if I am sending via docusign? thank you for any information given. 

I have a situation in which one of our users wants to manually create envelopes for each of our clients, but rather than sending it to them from within DocuSign, she wants to obtain a URL and send it them in a regular email.  Each envelope will be personalized to the client, so PowerForms is not an option.  I’m fairly sure this is not possible, but i wanted to ask the community before I present her with alternatives. Thanks,Teri

How do I log a customer support case using a developer account? The only reason I have a developer account is because Docusign doesn’t allow connecting the same docusign account to two different Salesforce integration and I have a very unique question about migrating a custom button in legacy docusign to new envelope template in docusign apps launcher in Salesforce.

When clicking the Sign box in document, it does not adopt my name to a signature but instead puts in Docu Sign. There is no option to change this entry. Please advise.
