Am creating a HR template - it has one radio button Group - 3 radio buttons in the group.Radio Buttons are named as:Permanent,Fixed TermCasual.On the form I have some fields not required to be filled in if Casual is the radio button selection ie I would like these fields not to be visible if Casual is the selected button, but visible for both Permanent and Fixed Term if they are the selected radio buttonHow can I set this up? (have been reading on Flag Fields/use of formulas, but can’t seem to get it to work, obviously missing something in my comprehension so far) 

Can I set up a document that doesn't have a signing order? I need it to be signed as the meeting is held, which may be different than the designated order

I run a volleyball club and use a webform for my club contracts.  I email out a link to the webform and they complete it.  How do I void the link if they do not sign the contract?  I don’t want them to go back and sign the contract after an extended period of time.  But I don’t want to delete the webform or template.

I need to require the signer to select 1 of 3 possible radio buttons.  All 3 cannot be left blank.

I will try to keep this clear and concise. I have a form that employees fill out when they have travelled for work and need reimbursement. This form does not belong to my group so I cannot change the contents of the form without it being rejected for processing so adding additional visible fields is out of the question. Can the Advanced Options setting be done for individual envelopes (to be) sent so link expires on set date?If I I go into an “in process” envelope, change for example the reminder email toggle to off, change link expire date to 1 date with Custom setting reminder to “0” - will that change all existing envelopes?We have a deadline for participation in a program and must have signed docs by specific date in hand.I understand that there is no specific control for hours and minutes but can above be done.

End user wants some updates or he want to cancel the document. But PersonA is on vacation. Now the other group members want access to document in Docusign and cancel it? how come Sender of checklist cannot receive email notification after checklist fully signed by everyone? is there a way to let sender know or receive email notification? it is important to give sender a notification on it as sender is the initiator.

I did a Power Automate Flow to send an Envelope by DocuSign with the document added to a Sharepoint Document Library but its giving an error on the action Get Fiel Content : Document ID “Power automate error  Action 'Get_file_content' failed: File not found clientRequestId: baeb52b8-9b24-4dfb-8fec-094588cce987 serviceRequestId: d84f3aa1-80ef-0000-1640-87ab8072fc4f”I was able to find out what was the error. On the Get File Content action, I was selecting the ID of the Fiel in Sharepoint instead of the File Identifier.  

I found what looks like a fraudulent envelope in my DocuSign, that has multiple users cc’d and was supposedly signed by me. I never received an invitation to sign this document which appears to be part of a scam. Should I delete it or does this mean someone has access to my account and can view other saved documents? Please advise.

I have a Team Leader/agent at KW Consultants in Dublin OH, that had an admin that created all of their rooms, and added the prospective agents to those rooms.  The admin shows as the Owner of all of the rooms. The admin has left the team, and the Team Leader would like her DocuSign to be removed from the Rooms.  If the admin is removed from the KW DocuSign system, will that affect the agents from seeing those rooms? To test things, I have tried to go in through KW's account, and remove the admin from a room, and it wouldn't let me remove her because there has to be an owner of the room.  It wouldn't let me assign another person as the owner.  The main question is... if the admin is removed from KW's DocuSign account, would KW Consultants and the team that is attached to the rooms still be able to see the rooms?  

Hello, Whenever I set a document to have two signers, the firs one (in our organization) never gets the envelope to add the first signature. I am forced to send the envelope multiple times. What am I doing wrong? This happens regardless of whether I check the “Set signing order” or not.Any guidance is appreciated.Dan

I am trying to connect DocuSign with Microsoft Power Automate to retrieve custom data (such as the envelope submission date, a certain value stated in an envelope, and the count of approvers) from an envelope and automatically fill out the custom data in a SharePoint list when the envelope is completed Is there a way to achieve this? 

Can someone please confirm if there is a report or utility to assist with an audit on DocuSign sender compliance of of company policy to download their completed envelopes? Is there a way as an Admin to report on any level of detail completed envelopes downloaded?   

The final signer of a document had a change to their title, so now their title on the document needs to be revised.Is it possible to edit the document now to reflect this person’s title change, even though other people have already signed this document?If so, can I make this change as the sender, or can they do this as the signer? 

Can I download a report either by account or org admin view to tell me the volume of powerforms? I wasn’t able to locate such a report. 

Can you transfer envelopes between an account and a sub-account of that account?

Hi, When delegating as a recipient I can add a private message to the person I am delegating it to. As a sender I can add a private message to each individual role. Can I in the role the recipient specifier do this to?
