Hello,I’m the Admin. on Rooms.  My question is this ~ when I inactive an agent, does that open up a seat on our account.  Also, can I delete agents who are in the Rooms account but have never used Rooms. Thank you. 

Is there a way that I can have a form copy information from one page to another? 

The progress bar indicating how many people within the bulk send have completed signing is defaulting to 100% complete even when no one has signed yet. Not really a discussion- just wanted to put this out there for the devs to fix. 

People trying to access my PowerForm are encountering an error when they click the PowerForm link. Error is“Unable to load PowerForm signing process. Error: An error has occurred.”Can anyone provide direction on what might be causing this. It was working 2 hours ago and suddenly appeared.

Hello,For checking the validity of the signatures via underlying certificates, one would have to click on the signature in the PDF. Then an new dialogue box should open.Is this possible via docusign?If so, how should I do it?

Hello - we are using a template to bulk send out contracts. We first send to party A, then have our team verify that party A imputed their information properly before sending to Party B to countersign. How can we send back to party A to make corrections without having to send a new envelope? Thank you!

We are facing scaling and page size issues when DocuSign automatically converts Excel files to PDF format. To provide a clearer understanding of the problem, I've attached a screenshot illustrating the exact issue.Despite both sheets having identical page settings in excel the page size in converted PDF is not same for all the sheets Our analysis and research have revealed that page scaling is influenced by four parameters: fitToPage, fitToHeight, fitToWidth, and Scale. We've diligently experimented with various combinations of these parameters within the Excel sheet XML, but unfortunately, the issue persists.Attaching the demo excel file for better understanding. HelloI sent out an envelope asking 2 person to sign. One of them did, still waiting for the other one to sign. If I click the resend button, will both of them have to sign again? Or just the recipient who did not sign yet? 

Hello Folks,I would like to confirm if it’s possible for some clauses to be inserted “on the fly” during the signoff and pdf document generation? The reason I am asking is recently I signed a services contract with a consultancy firm and magically two clauses appeared in the generated pdf but they were not there when I was reading the contract Has anyone seen this before? If so, that’s very unfortunate. The clauses that were inserted were kind of “draconian” of course as I would never agree to them.Thank you.

Hi AllI am looking for a solution for our Resort to allow for electronic signatures on a printed receipt when guest are room charging. The challenge here is that the customer must sign at the point on the transaction being completed on the iPad. Having staff carry printers is not a feasible option. It is possible to have the Point-of-Sale software being used to print PDF versions of the receipt which will the open automatically. The sticking point is being able to all allow the customer to sign either with their finger or touch pen carried by staff. Once the Guest has complete and pressed submit or confirm the document is then emailed to pre-defined email address, where all the receipts can be collected by accounts and attached to the Guests room account.  At present I have not been able to find a solution which can complete the last 2 steps seamlessly. Any suggestions or advice on solutions that can setup using DocuSign would be greatly appreciated.   Regards

I have a signer (the 2nd in the signing order) who says they cannot see the full document, but only portions of the document. The first signer can see the entire document. I believe it is something with the signer’s system, but I don’t know how to troubleshoot with them. Any ideas?

When I send an envelope, is there a way to only get specific page(s) sent back to me?  For example, I need to send an employee handbook to be read by the recipient and sign a document.  I only need the signed document sent back to me after being signed, not the entire handbook that the recipient read. 

Hello,I’m looking for some conditional logic for signature routing. We have mulitple offices, if a contract comes out of one office, it should then go to that office’s signing group to sign. I’m using a web form to create our contracts, and I’m looking for a way for the user to select the office and that then change the signing group that would be assigned as the countersigner. Is this possible?

Is there a simple method to combine multiple DocuSign documents into one template without the use of Rooms?

Example use case would be if I want to send a document to another company’s entire CSM team. Each member of the CSM team should be able to view or in some cases sign it. How can I do this? Obviously their signing group won’t show up in my directory and there is no email associated with that signing group as a whole, only the individual members. Even if I could add an email address manually (for example let’s say their team has a shared email inbox such as: “entireCSMteam@example.com”) then there would need to be shared access to a DocuSign account with that email address. I would rather avoid a shared account.Thank you!

I’m Just looking for a simple way to look at the “Ball-In-Court” for pending signatures.  Is there a quick tool or report that shows who or which signer is still pending signatures and to which document?  without having to look or hover over each “Waiting for Others” hyperlink to see which recipient still needs to sign.  

I am currently using the DocuSign connector in Power Automate to send and receive e-signatures for documents. DocuSign application has the ability to set up sending reminders until the document is signed. However, I have tried setting up reminders through the settings menu, but have not received any reminder emails from the DocuSign application. Can you please help me solve this issue?

In my template I need to use the text/name field in the middle of a paragraph.  But the length of the text/name will be different each time I use the template and will either overwrite the existing paragraph text or will leave space between words where it isn’t needed.
