Good morning,

 

How would our admin be able to share other existing templates with another employee? When DocuSign was set up for me, it did not include all of the templates.

You can create a group in DocuSign and add the users to this group and then create a folder and share the folder to the group under templates. All templates added to this folder, will be shared with all users in the group.
