Envelope Limit Exceeded

We have purchased the Developer API Starter pack, which allows 40 envelopes to be sent per month. We sent 1 envelope on 03/05/2024. However, when we try sending more, we receive an error stating "Envelope limit exceeded."

User Profile option missing

What happened to user profile option? It is missing under settings, which allows user to update their email address. My preferences is there, but you can’t update your email address under that option. My profile is missing. It was there a couple of weeks ago.

Bulk send 1 document with 75 signatures (not individual)

I have a business account, and need to send a document to a group of 75 people. When it’s complete, it should be 1 document with all 75 signatures next to each person’s name. I understand how to set up a bulk send, but how do the signature fields get added for a large group? It doesn’t seem to show the individual names when I attempt to add the 75 signature fields, just the 1 for “bulk send”, which means each person is going to see all 75 signature blocks and think they have to sign all of them. Can someone tell me the steps to add the signature fields once my CSV file is uploaded?

Roles and Permissions for Creating, Sending and Editing envelopes

Hello All, I have a client that is using a central team to disperse envelopes to be signed by end-users. The client does not want to give Admin level permissions to an entire team (10+ people) b/c the admin level permission opens up access to other areas of their DS account. Is there a permission (either in a setting or an API) that would allow a DS user to be able to create an envelope, share it to another DS user who can then open it in Edit/signing mode for an end-user to sign? Then the signed document and the envelope would be sent back to the original DS user for confirmation.

Recipients unable to access Powerform

Hi, I have a live Powerform where a candidate needs to sign first, I have tested the URL link and have been able to sign the document successfully. Urgent help with limited recipients bug (limited to 2 recipients in a template - overwrites others when adding a third)

Hi. I am urgently trying to send 7 documents to be signed by 3 people. I’ve had a dreadful experience of this software, and sadly I paid for a subscription, thinking this may solve a technical issue, but it didn’t, and I was charged twice for a monthly subscription (different amounts, too). No customer service available, links don’t work. The problem: each time I try to add a third recipient in a template, it overwrites the others. This means that I can only add 2 recipients. Pointless waste of 2 hours wondering how to get it to work. Does anyone have an email address or a telephone number for customer support please? I hate being blocked by email client gates. I don’t have the time to wait for them to mess me around any more. Thanks for any help. :)

Conditional logic for radio buttons

How can I set a conditional logic when a selection could apply to more than one radio button? For example, i am giving the client the option to choose full pay, 2 pay, 4 pay or monthly. if they choose 2, 4 or monthly, they have the option to choose auto pay or not.

Making sure you are not charged for services that are "free".

I got an email saying that I have a free 30 day trial for advanced services. Never signed up for this and I know how it works. After the 30 day free services I will get charged for services I will never use. How does one cancel this?

start menu changes not good

Why are things hidden on the start menu? I often need to see drafts or who I’m waiting on to sign and now I have to click more to find it. I have to click Agreements and then show more. There is a lot of space there. Why hide these and make it more difficult to get to? Please change!

MANAGE TAB REMOVED FROM RECENT UPGRADE

Wondering if anyone else is disappointed that the MANAGE tab was removed from the recent upgrade. Additionally, it was helpful to see status to say 0 of 2 waiting, if a document was started and no information entered, instead of “waiting for 2 others”. That does tell me the document is empty. Thank you

Phone authorization selected, no sms, nonetheless document signed

Hello,I have a case I cannot explain.SituationNormal signing request:Signee 1 email + phone autorizationSignee 2 email only.ProcesflowSignee 1 did open the email on their phone and signed on the phone (it states so in the receipt and this is what the person also confirmed);Signee 2 signed at a laptop (normal situation).QuestionSignee 1 had the email and the phone autorization setting. However no sms was send to the person and the signing went through anyway. Why was their no sms send? I did a test using another person and that person did receive an sms (did however sign on their laptop). Did the person not get a sms because they opened the email on the phone they would have got the sms on or is their a relation with the country the person was located in? I could find this in the documentation about the phone authorization. Thanks for any help.

Exceptions for required signatures

I need to work with a document that requires a signature based on the selected field. For example, if you are investing as an individual, you would fill out the relevant sections and sign in the designated area. If you are investing as a Trust, LLC, Corporation, etc., then you would fill in the appropriate field and sign. However, when I make the signature optional, I noticed that the prompt skips over the optional required signatures on the document.

Signature Block

The signature block of one of the signers has been mislocated to within the body of the letter. I know both blocks were set up to be beside each other, and am not sure of how this happened and more importantly, how to correct it without invalidating the signatures.Besides requesting the signers go through this process again, what can be done? And, what will prevent this from happening again?

Customers signing agreements with their own DocuSign instance

Hi all, We’ve had a few situations where some of our users will send an agreement for signature, but then the doc is returned via a separate email with a signature. In some cases users will have used their own instances of DocuSign to sign the agreement, presumably for their own archiving purposes. Now we have an agreement that has been only signed by the counterparty and still requires a signature by someone from our own team. I can obviously download the doc and reupload then only send the document to the users that needs to sign it on our end, however this will definitely be questionable as the certificate of completion will only be able to show one signature. How do I go about fixing something like this?Thanks

How to bulk send from a shared access account from a temaplate

Hello, Is it possible to do as the title says, and to bulk send a template that’s been shared to a shared account? This is because we need to send out many documents to be signed and we would prefer they come a shared mailbox (ie company@company.com) rather than an individual (johndoe@company.com) so that the emails look more authentic, and so one individual mailbox isn’t flooded with notifications. When trying to do this it looks like the “bulk send” option disappears for the shared account, but it is available from the individual account. If this functionality isn’t available, are there any plans to implement it in the future? Thanks for any info anyone can provide!

I thought I added the date to my document but when the signer signed the document, it only required her signature. Is there a way to add the date to the document and resend it to the signer?

Rules Error

HI - Under Settings ….. when I go to “Rules” the page just runs and runs. Eventually I get an “error fetching rules” message. Nothing ever happens and if I close the error message, eventually I will get the same error again. There had been a rule there - I deleted it.“Connections” works just fine Anybody see this before? I have an open case but have not managed to get am answer

Resend is not working

I am trying to resend a document that has multiple signatories (8) Four of them have signed and the link to the 5th signatory expired, so he requested that I resend it. I have resent it about 4 times now and he is not getting emailed at all. I have even gone in to Correct and resent it that way- still no email. According to the information in support, when I Resend it should go to those that haven't yet signed and for some reason it is just not working. Any ideas??
