Good Morning 

i seem to have two accounts and would like to cancel the one that is not supported by my company. When i log in it seems to default me to the company account and am struggling to delete the other subscription. 

In the upper right after you login there is a circle icon, typically has your initials, that you can click on and select “Switch Accounts”. When the same email address is used for two or more DocuSign Accounts you would see this option.  From there I would switch to the unwanted account and make note of the Account #.  At that point you can open a DocuSign case and ask them to close the Account with the appropriate Account ID. This also would allow you to download or print any envelope documents you may need from the unwanted account before it gets closed.
