Hi All, I had an interesting question from one of our departments this past week. Is there is setting within DocuSign to prevent lets say a google search from returning the Powerform URL in the search? For example, a student searches for course action form and receives the Powerform URL for a course action form in the search instead of the form landing page. Thank you! Rachel Sligar

DocuSign PowerForm URLs are generally not indexed by search engines due to their specific URL structure and the fact that they are not linked from public pages. That said, to ensure that your PowerForm URLs do not appear in search engine results, you can take one of the following steps:

Meta Tags: Add a noindex meta tag to the HTML of the pages where PowerForm URLs are posted. This will instruct search engines not to index those specific pages.

Restricted Access: If possible, restrict access to the pages containing PowerForm URLs by requiring authentication or placing them behind a login page. This will prevent search engines from accessing and indexing these pages.

Secure URLs: Avoid publishing or linking PowerForm URLs on publicly accessible web pages. Share them only through controlled channels like emails or secure internal systems.

Thank you so much John! I greatly appreciate the information! Rachel Sligar
