Bulk upload spreadsheet

Hello

I am trying to send a bulk envelope to our staff and when I add their names and email addresses to the sample upload spreadsheet is is giving me errors and asks me to complete Role 2 name and email - the sample CVS sheet is different to what I was expecting to have opened.

Is anyone able to assist?

Hello @CarolineI hope you doing great, I understand the issue and why it’s asking for complete the role 2 name and email. so are you setting the unknown role recipient usingbulk send. if yes then you should set unknown role recipient and there field added to the envelope separately.Here is the link for more info;Bulk sendThanks!
