I have run into an issue with a template I am testing, where I am unable to sign it at all, as well as other missing data on the page. There is no error message, but rather the document itself is coming up as if there are no fields assigned to places like the signature (see the second image below). The problem is that I have placed the fields there (see the first image below) and even removed and replaced them to make sure that wasn’t the problem. I can also confirm that the recipient is correct for the fields. It’s almost as if the DocuSign system is just ignoring the fields are there at all. I have other templates that were set up the same way and they are still working as intended.  My question is, what is going on here and how can I get the document to work? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.   

One of the signatories declined to sign and later on ask to resend it. He is the 2nd signatory.How to resend it without creating a new envelop?Thank you.

Hi, I want to use Starter Price-tier but I want to use 100, 200 evelopes/month (starting with 40 in this price-tier). Can I buy more envelopes instead of upgrade price-tier?

There is a Powerform that used to work correctly when trying to access it from the URL generated inside Docusign, but now, when I copy the URL and try to open it from a new tab, even in incognito mode, it shows “something went wrong, try again later” in a red prompt over the Docusign portal: is there any way we can fix this link?thank you so much in advance!

How do I close my docusign developer account without raising a support case?

Is there an option for a sender to receive an email notification when a signer fails authentication? Currently the only way I know of is to click on Manage and physically see it in the list of sent envelopes. If you go to My Preferences > Notifications, there is a list of Sending Notifications. This is not in that list.  

I am newish to DocuSign.  I thought that it was supposed to keep tight version control, but I see that a client of ours can download our document and upload it with edits.  When we open it at our end we do not see the redlines.  I thought that when I last used it sometime last year, that our client would have to open it and edit it in DocuSign. Is the uploading/downloading a new feature/bug?  It’s not working for us.

I have a user in the company that received an envelope in his email (that has aliases - different emails) but it can’t be found in his envelope list (login in with one of the emails only)I have the envelope ID but I can’t search by envelope ID, even though I’m admin and ORG adminHow can I solve this issue?

Hello all,Not sure if I am just doing something wrong but I added some check boxes to a power form I had created but anytime the form is processed, those check boxes do not reflect anything. The original form was uploaded as a excel spreadsheet so I am not sure if that is causing some issues but any advice would be great! Hi,I need to add to my Google Form/Module (not Doc, it’s a Form) a link to Docusign. The objective is ti have people filling the form being able to put a signature (by hand - digital pen) on it.Please advise, thanks 

When I try to access my document to sign it says the envelope or the account is not activated.  I have tried accessing the document with the 33 security code but got the same response.  Help me here please!

I am trying to require our users to use access code for their recipients. When testing this I get a message that an Authentication Method must be specified for each recipient. I cannot find where that is done.

I have a document that I want to send in-mass to multiple individuals. I want the document to contain text-fields that are individualized to each recipient. I have set up a template with text fields (standard), but it does not appear to be possible to individualize the text that are in those fields for each recipient. Am I missing something, or is there a better method to go about what I am trying to accomplish? As an additional note, I will be satisfied if I can manually enter text but would it be possible to import the data necessary for those text fields from another file (for example, an excel spreadsheet that contains the information that I want to import into the text fields per each recipient)?Sending thanks in advance.

I need to be able to have a template signed by 2 people all within a 24 hour period.  I don’t want to expire the envelope after 24 hours because I can see that being a problem.  Is there a way to set it up so if the 24 hours expires, we can reset the envelope for another 24 hours without having to void out the envelope?

Hi - i am being asked by one of the firms that i provide signed documents to for a Blue Signature Panel to show on the certificates as shown here. i keep telling them that i cannot find it and it doesn't appear on my certificates but they wont accept the documents without it. anyone got any ideas?

I have a document that has several “Yes or No” questions and I don’t know how to make all of the boxes independent of each other? It seems when one box is selected then all of the boxes become selected with the same answer.

Hello everyone, I require some assistance with signing a document. I've received the contract from my new employer, but before I can proceed, I need to verify my identity. Unfortunately, my country isn't listed under the National ID options.I only possess a National ID card, as I don't have a passport or require a Residence permit. Additionally, there was another requirement mentioned, but I can't recall it. However, I believe it's unnecessary since I am a native of Romania. Could you please advise me on how to verify my identity given that Romania doesn't appear on the National ID list? My employer's response time is lengthy, so I'm seeking alternative solutions.Furthermore, upon checking the website, it indicated that the National ID from Romania is accepted.Thank you all in advance for your help.

For exemple, I have in the address book 3 people from Company A, 3 from Company B and 3 from Company C. Can i make folders named for each?Also is it possible to add additional information for each person? I’d like to add a date that’ll indicate when the procuration will expire.

Hi Community. I have three coaching clients that I want to sign a document. They all have different names and start dates. Do I have to have different envelops for each one? Can I edit the start and end dates in the document? And, their names in the document?  Thanks for the help  Mark

I’m trying to make sure our users are only sending documents for signature that we approve of. We are using the managed package for the Salesforce integration and the users in SF need to match users in DS. The problem is I don’t want these users to be able to directly log in to our DS instance and send additional envelopes. Is there a DS permission profile that I can apply to their DS user accounts to limit their access? Would it be possible to have all documents sent for signature from SF use the same DS user account so that we can limit who can login to our DS instance? The ultimate goal is to have all our users sending documents for signature through client apps like Salesforce or other applications that call the DS API. We’re trying to keep a user from sending random envelopes from our instance using non-approved contracts. This way everyone is forced to use DS clients that have hard-coded templates they use every time.
