I keep filling in the required lines and adding my signature and at the end when I hit finish, it just loops back to where I filled in the name of the account and signature, as if I hadnt signed it, even though I did. Very frustrating and cannot complete docusign bc of this. Is there a work-around to this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have filled out all required fields.
Look for any fields highlighted in red that indicates they are mandatory.
Sometimes, even if a field looks complete, there may be hidden requirements.
The problem might be specific to your browser.
Try accessing DocuSign in a different browser (e.g., if you're using Chrome, try Firefox or Edge).
