Normally, the start screen should show Action required, Pending (other), Expires soon, Completed
This is not visible on the home screen of a colleague. How can I customize the start screen?

I can see the screenshot you provided, however, is it to show what it is supposed to look like or is that the only thing your colleague can see? My apologies for the question but I’m not quite understanding.

The screenshot shows what the colleague wants to see. Unfortunately, this is not the case for him. He wants an overview of “Action required”, “Pending (other)”, “Expires soon” and “Completed” on the start page. None of this is displayed for him. How can he get this overview?
