I can see the screenshot you provided, however, is it to show what it is supposed to look like or is that the only thing your colleague can see? My apologies for the question but I’m not quite understanding.

Hello, 

The screenshot shows what the colleague wants to see. Unfortunately, this is not the case for him. He wants an overview of “Action required”, “Pending (other)”, “Expires soon” and “Completed” on the start page. None of this is displayed for him. How can he get this overview?

Can you provide a screenshot of what they are seeing? Also, can you have them perform the following basic troubleshooting to discard those options:

• Clear cache/cookies
• Try a different browser(s)
• Try an Incognito window
• Try a different device
• Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
• Try using a VPN, or if you are on one already, disconnect from the VPN and try again.
