Do you experience that, when sending an envelope with many templates to 1 recipient that requires a signature first from me and then from them, that multiple recipient boxes pop up ie. more recipients with each template added? If so, how do you prevent this from happening so that there is just you and the one recipient?

HiIrenelisa!This usually occurs because the recipients' Roles are different or they are in different positions.
