Inbox folder is Gone

Several people are finding the new navigation less than ideal. There does not seem to be a way back to the old interface. Sorry.

There is an “Idea” posted that you can upvote to get things changed. (I’m not holding my breath on a change - but at least you can voice an opinion...)

Welcome to the Docusign Community! I understand why this change is disrupting your workflow, especially since you used Inbox as a single place to monitor incoming agreements, including items requiring your signature and items that were already completed.

The button to switch back to Classic view was part of the temporary New Navigation rollout. Docusign has now retired the Classic navigation and removed the switch-back option, so this is not an issue specific to your account. No Toggle step of Stage based Agreements Navigation

In the new experience, the former Inbox and Sent folders have been replaced by stage-based agreement views. To locate your agreements, go to Agreements > All Agreements and use the available filters, such as:

• Sent to Me for incoming agreements

• Action Required for agreements that need your attention or signature

• Waiting for Others for agreements that are pending with another participant

• Status or stage filters to locate completed agreements

We currently do not offer an option to bring back the Classic view or set the Inbox as your default landing page. While we understand this disrupts your single-queue workflow, you may share your feedback or search for similar suggestions directly here in our Ideas Channel. Requests from this channel undergo continuous review by our internal team.
