Hi Partners,Did you know Partner Admins can create and manage Partner Portal users directly? This feature allows you to:Quickly onboard new team members. Ensure everyone has access to essential resources. Maintain full control over your team’s portal access.Here’s how to create a new user:Log in to the Docusign Partner Portal. Navigate to Support and select Manage Portal Users. Click Create New User. Complete the user details. Select the Persona and Profile Type for the user. Refer to the image below for definitions of the Partner Personas. Docusign eSignature Embedded API Methods - 2024 Updates

Docusign is committed to maintaining exceptional levels of security and operability across all of its products and integrations. In keeping with this commitment, we will begin the migration of selected Embedded view API methods in line with our August 2024 Release.This change is particularly important for our ISVs, as they address security issues when the API user differs from the application user. ISVs need to start planning to use the new API in new applications entering production later this year. Docusign will maintain backward compatibility for a limited time.What is the impact on our ISVs? Using Multiple Integration Keys in OIC

We are currently using DocuSign keys in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for a KYC process that is live and functioning well. Now, we have a new requirement to implement DocuSign for a separate employee onboarding process. I have a few questions regarding this: Since we already have a DocuSign key in the production environment for the KYC process, can we reuse the same key for the employee onboarding process? The flow for both processes is similar: Define a template in DocuSign (the templates differ for each process). Use these templates in our integration. Once an envelope is signed (by a customer or employee), the information is processed via a "Connect" configuration. For these two separate processes, can we set up two independent "Connect" configurations in DocuSign? If having two "Connect" configurations is possible, how can we ensure they do not overlap and that each configuration only handles the relevant process?

Hello DocuSign Community,We're currently facing a challenge while trying to integrate the DocuSign eSignature SDK (docusign-esign-java) into our Java application. We are using the RESTEasy client version 3.13.2.FINAL, and we've encountered the following error:RESTEASY003215: could not find writer for content-type application/x-www-form-urlencoded type: javax.ws.rs.core.Form In an attempt to resolve this issue, we updated the versions of resteasy-jaxb-provider and resteasy-multipart-provider, hoping that it would fix the compatibility issue or the error above. Unfortunately, this approach did not yield the desired outcome.We also considered updating the version of resteasy-client to a more recent one. However, we found that the newer versions of resteasy-client are not compatible with our current version of keycloak-admin-client (19.0.3), which is a critical part of our application's authentication system.Given these constraints, we are seeking advice or suggestions from the community o

Envelope allowance exceed on free account

I have had a free account that I use only for signing documents myself, since 2020 or 2021. All of a sudden last week, I’m getting a message that “the envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.” I have never, ever, sent an envelope, so I don’t understand the issue. Up at the top, it even says 3 sends left: I sent a message to DocuSign, and got a “there is no limit for signing, only for sending” message, so I’m stumped. Why would this be happening? I literally only use it for signing.Thank you in advance! This is such an inconvenience!

Transferred Envelopes Omitted from Reports

I am trying to determine an envelope count for this year for a group of users (they were assigned to a group id) we transferred to a different account (same Organization) later in the year. The reason for this is they sent the envelopes from our account which resulted in one of our pre-paid envelopes being consumed. I am supposed to recover those costs from the other account holder. I started running reports on the group we used, and I see those envelopes are omitted from the reports.I thought envelopes sent from our account would appear in our account’s reports up to the time they were transferred. But this does not seem to be the case. Has anyone transferred envelopes and then ran any of the reports to get a listing after the transfer? Did those envelopes show up? Are my expectations incorrect? Once transferred they go “poof” from the account including reports, dashboards, analytics, etc…? Is there a better way? Thanks for your help!

Gibberish letters transposed onto document

Document fully executed. Upon opening the document, I get an error message from Adobe Acrobat “There was an error porcessing a page. Bad font object or font descriptor object.”I see gibberish letters transposed upon numbers that are very important in this document.Anyone have a solution?

delivery failure; X-Postfix; mail loops back to myself issue

Over the weekend we received a large number of delivery failures with the X-Postfix; mail for [10.101.150.121]: 25 loops back to myself. Has anyone else received this error? What does it mean? Recipient email addresses all look correct. I did notice that a large majority of the email address were for gmail. I have tried to resent a few but still received the error. Also, during this time period we were able to successfully deliver other envelopes.

I receive the same signed documents multiple times

I am new to docusign, but have used computers and software for over 30 years. I did not find an answer to this in the self help community.My employer has assigned me a responsibility position, I manage one of our laboratories. That basically means I keep paperwork, and answer questions about what goes on in the lab. Part of this is signature sheets, to authorize certain people to use the lab, and to use certain instruments in the room. It’s a well organized record keeping that we do.However, each week I get emails, sometimes multiple emails from docusign for completed (or incomplete) signature sheets. I have downloaded all completed sheets weeks ago, and I even have one blank form that I cancelled 3 months ago and deleted, that I asked nobody to sign yet I am alerted that it needs attention from time to time. The number of emails is increasing with time because we are getting more instruments and more users. I may need a secretary to work part time just to investigate these

Signing removes radio button selection

Hello!I am running into an issue with radio buttons becoming unselected. I have several fillable PDF forms that are completed prior to upload to Docusign which contain radio buttons. These buttons are selected by staff and don’t require the signer’s inputs.The buttons appear selected during the upload process, while previewing the documents when adding fields, etc. But suddenly lose their selection when the documents are sent to the signer for signing!We have found a workaround for now to “Print to PDF” before uploading to Docusign, which flattens the values into place but this is an added step for my teams.Any ideas? External review output: Cancelled - Invalid Recipient

Dear all,I am exhausted.I am working on the workflow. One of the steps is review and send for external review. It was working fine until it...stopped.When the Review and Send for External Review step is executed, you can define the email address and email content... all required fields are completed and the result of the step is Canceled - Invalid recipient. It does not matter which email address I use. It can be one from the directory (choose one of the account users) or a completely different external one - tested and works - the result is the same. The same happens when I use the "Send for external review" feature manually from the document preview level, the feature simply does not work.I have access to another account and everything works there and I really know how the feature works. I have also used it hundreds of times.Any idea? Any settings for recipient verifications or so? BestTomasz

Why aren't envelopes submitted via API appearing in Agreements?

I have made a number of API submissions during PoC process, these have been delivered either to the Sent or Drafts folders. I have gathered the envelopeId’s and can access the envelopes directly, however they do not appear in the Agreements view. (The latest viewed one does appear if I navigate to Sent/Draft via the info on the envelope detail view, but it only shows the one envelope). How can I see a list of all my Drafts? PS> Is it possible to select and send multiple drafts at once?
