Is there a way to receive completed documents from the user in separate pdf documents? We currently have 5-7 pdf documents in one power form, and when we received completed documents, we would like to have all pdf documents separate rather than combined.

For example, I would like to send a subscription renewal document (standard format for doc signatures) but also include questions like: Please provide purchase order number if available When is the expected date for budget approval?The goal is to make this exchange more interactive.Thank you!

This role works like, once the receiver clicks in link sent by DS, automatically the signature flow continues to the next person, without giving time to look or review the document.This is an issue that we are having sometimes, when receiver in this role detected something wrong and want to change or correct the document, and can´t stop the flow of signature.Could be possible, only move forward if the assigned person in this role accept in the platform to continue with that document, like an option to submit “confirm/approve or decline”.

Can you change the person authorized to provide the signature to someone else without having to resend the letter?

When setting up the Docusign Envelope template for sending signature from CPQ Quote object, I cannot see the Merge Field arrow so that I can set up the merge fields to display on Quote template and write back to Salesforce. (See screenshot).

It was noticed that the DocuSign certificate used time zone US pacific Time (US and Canada) for documents. This while the account was set to “Same as my computer's time zone” (Time zone Netherlands). As a result, it appeared as if the document had been signed at 03:54 (five to four in the morning).After further searching in the settings of my DocuSign it turned out that when I clicked on “specify time zone”, there was automatically time zone US pacific Time (US and Canada), the time zone that was on the certificate. After adjusting this time zone to Dutch and logging out/logging in, the correct time zone is placed on the certificate. But it seems to me a little bit strange that the previously generated certificates with the US pacific time (US and Canada) have now been changed into the Dutch time zone. This means that when changing the settings, the original data of existing certificates will be adjusted. Which may also mean that if the time difference between different time zones

How do you access the Document Visibility feature?

It's not available to enter and view the document when I click the "Review Document" in the email with attached error message.  I was able to view the document but not working now. How can I fix this?

I have approximately 300 contracts to send to clients and would like for them to DocuSign but I can't figure out how to do this.. I also have to send invoices with contracts. Can anyone help me?

We have a typical Salesforce docusign integration. The problem is that all sent documents/envelopes are synced back to Salesforce. Any Salesforce user that is also a Docusign user can switch to the Docusign Lightning App and use the tabs such as "Docusign Status" and "Docusign Envelope" to see any document that was synced back to salesforce. Obviously we don't want all users to be able to see sensitive documents such as offer letters, etc. How can we 1) prevent this data from being synced back to salesforce or ... 2) control who has access? I'm looking to bulk download combined documents, preferably using a date filter. I'm working from the Completed Quick View on the Manage page. I currently have to click the download button on each item: And this pop up displays where I then have to select Combined and Download. I'm able to filter the results on this page and I see an Export as CSV option. Is there a way to select all the docs and bulk download as Combined?If not, how do I open an enhancement request?

Hi DocuSign community - I need to create a document which is sent to a large number of customers, which is both populated with various information customised for each individual client (address, chosen product, representative name, etc), and sent to all clients in bulk.I'm hoping there is a method where I can pre-populate various fields within the document itself with data drawn from a .csv - presumably this is possible using custom fields and/or data labels, but I'm struggling to find the solution.Any help would be appreciated. Hi, I've got an envelope which is including 21 signer in it but I want to resend this envelope again to just one signer. How can I do that?

A recipient I send to twice a month has a new email address. When I type in her name her old email pops up. How can I update the popup to be her new email? I've sent her documents with her new email, but it doesn't pop up ever. Thanks.

How long does a DocuSign link last before it expires ?

How do I included the signed documents into the automatic DocuSign completed email ? I have tried to change it on settings however its still just sending a link to view the signed copies.

Has anyone had any issues with a signature not being visible on the signed/completed envelope document? We have an envelope that is going to an individual outside our organization; he can sign and the signature id is on the document, but not his actual signature. All other users' signatures are visible and no one else is having any issues when using the same template. Since this person is outside our organization, I have no way to know if he could have uploaded a blank signature or not. It does not seem possible to add a signature with blanks.

I have an envelope that has been signed manually instead of through DocuSign. How can I complete the envelope without voiding it?
