I am attempting to onboard with a company, and they need to verify my identity. When I click the link on my mobile device, I am directed to a page instructing, “When prompted, you must enable camera access to continue.” However, I never receive the prompt. My permissions are fine, I’ve restarted my phone, and I’ve tried multiple browsers. This section absolutely has to be done on mobile apparently. My device is Android.
Hi!We contracted the Docusign ID Verification to validate the face and document of our signatures.I opened a case in October/2023 and since then I have no response anymore. They know the problem exists but don't fix it.Any ideas? The first trials the verification entered a loop and now it takes 3 minutes to validate a face, which is ridiculous.
Hi Everyone. We have a client sending us a Docusign email to a distro list, when someone clicks the link it tried to open with their account and essentially getting an Authentication error that the information provided does not match the email addres
The client who is sending it believes they are sending it correctly but does he needs to create a signing group to send this too? Basically we need the email to go to our distro list for everyone to view, its not a signed document, just a very important document being sent to us via docusign.
Technically it is possible, but for me it is not working.My Customer use G-suite for Identity Management and SSO in G-suite works perfect. But they have some other Companies in group and not every of them uses G-suite. I am quite new in IdP and have no idea how to help to Customer (and if there is any solution). We would like to open new account in Organisation for another Company in a group, but they are using Azure for IdP, then we should define the second IdP to use SSO for them.I have tried to define two identity providers - Azure and G-suite. How do I sign a knowledge base authentication when it is not even allowing me to get to the security question screen?
For the past few days and more then 8 hours of phone calls between the sender, docusign, and lexisnexis I am still where I started at. I am beyond frustrated! I am trying to sign a loan document that requires me to pass the security questions. The first screen is the ID check which goes to an error message "unable to find your name in the public information database" - I called lexisnexis to verify that they can access my information and that the information I am entering is is exactly the same as what they have. They state all is well on their end. I called docusign, spoke with 2 tier operators twice - had my sender on a 3 way - shared my screen and nothing. Docusign says ask the sender to remove the security - sender requires it and will not remove it. Lexisnexis states no problem on their end and docusign states it is lexisnexis. I can never get past the ID check! There has to be a way to resolve this. From reading the questions, this problem has happened before
How do I enable KBA based Authentication for my envelope recipients? I found some information here: https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-recipient-authentication but i am not sure where set this up from my admin portal. Also, what are the additional costs associated with this approach?
