Flagging Inappropriate Posts and Inappropriate BehaviorCommunity Support Article

We want to ensure the Docusign Community is a safe place to interact online, get your Docusign-related questions answered, and interact with other Docusign users. If you see a Community post or response that uses hateful language or engages in inappropriate behavior such as bullying or harassment, please report it so we can review it immediately and take it down if warranted. Additionally, if you see a community post or response that does not follow the Docusign Community Code of Conduct you should report it so it can be reviewed by the community team as soon as possible. (Click here to see the Code of Conduct)You’ll see three dots on the lower right corner of each post and response. You can click on those dots, and select Report to bring this inappropriate post or response to our attention.

Earn badges for every Best Answer awarded to you by the original poster, along with your contributions from replies and posts. As you participate more in the community, you’ll rack up badges and points to showcase your expertise.Your badges will be displayed in your user profile with points earned from your posts, replies, and best answers.   How to increase your community user rank:As you make contributions on the Docusign Community, you will begin to accrue points that count towards your community user rank. How to Find and Follow Topics and UsersCommunity Support Article

How to Follow TopicsFrom the Community homepage, select Discussion in the top navigation bar, then scroll down to find the particular topic you’re interested in following. Topics are grouped by Docusign products, such as eSignature or CLM. Additionally, you’ll find recent Community Announcements under What’s New, so you can stay on top of what’s happening here at Docusign.  Once you click on your Docusign topic of interest, you’ll be taken to that topic page. We offer line breaks, bullet points and numbered steps that you can use to craft responses. This will help readers quickly scan your response and follow along without reading through lengthy, hard-to-understand answers. We’re fostering a collaborative environment where you can help others find the correct answer to their Docusign-related questions and get all your questions answered by your fellow community members. Here are a couple of pointers that can help make sure you are creating helpful questions for other users: Craft clear and concise responses that are easy to understand. How to Register & Log InTo register for the Docusign Community, navigate to the Docusign Community Homepage and login with your Docusign login credentials by clicking “Join the Community” (both your product and Community login will be the same here). Next, create your community username. To make it easy for other users to identify you, you can use you first and last name in your community username. How to Create a Detailed PostCommunity Support Article

From the main Community homepage, click + Ask the Community in the upper right to start a new post — whether asking a question, sparking conversation or bringing up a new idea.  By clicking on + Ask the Community, you’ll choose between the following categories for your post:Ask a question Create a conversationAfter selecting one of these categories for your post, fill out the title and description.  Upon filling out the post title, the community automatically looks for similar posts to help you find an answer quickly or point you in the right direction to engage in a similar conversation. You can fill out the details of your question, conversation or idea post in the Description text box, then select the best category for your question and add associated tags to increase visibility for other Community users.  The text toolbar allows you to customize your text with bold, italics, colors for emphasis, bullet points, numbering, emojis and more.
