I am attempting to onboard with a company, and they need to verify my identity. When I click the link on my mobile device, I am directed to a page instructing, “When prompted, you must enable camera access to continue.” However, I never receive the prompt. My permissions are fine, I’ve restarted my phone, and I’ve tried multiple browsers. This section absolutely has to be done on mobile apparently. My device is Android.
