Hi, when i send documents I often want my Account Managers to get a copy of the “envelope” so he/she can see its sent. But no one has got a copy ever. Is there an adjustment that´s missing on my profile or do you know why?

Email Notifications

When I send an envelope all recipients (signer and copy received) receive an email notification; however I’ve noticed that when I correct an envelope and resend only the signer is receiving the email notification and not those that are copied. How do I change it so all recipients receive the email notification when an envelope is resent? Thank you.

need help

I have been trying to figure out a centralize location where all the DS admin can manage envelopes sent by DS Sender user. Shared Access is not working as expected and cant figure out why is not showing envelopes. We are Using paid and the demo accounts. We are trying to go to production on 5/29. I have been in contact with DocuSign but nothing has helped. Another question I can only see “Agreement” and no longer see “Manage” is this a new feature or am I missing something? Thanks your input is very important to me.Jose.

Issue with Document Visibility

I had an issue with Document Visibility this week and I hope someone may have an answer. We use Docusign to have contract packages reviewed, approved and signed. I sent an envelope in Docusign that included a contract, cover page and various supporting documents. I set up the recipients that included three approvers. The first approver contacted me and advised that while he would approve, he could not see the contract. He could see all the other documents. I opened the envelope and reviewed Document Visibility for him. All documents were checked except for the contract. I had not unchecked this document when setting up the envelope.I did some troubleshooting for the issue. Under Settings, I went to Contacts and saw that there were two entrees for this person. The entries had slightly different names (one version included a middle initial and the other did not) with the same email address. I deleted the version with the middle initial. I then did a test of creating a new env

Hi there, I have a document I’d like to send to 3 parties as noted below:Party 1: signer Party 2: receives a copy Party 3: signsParty 3 CANNOT receive the document until party 2 reviews. What’s the best way to ensure that Party 2 controls exactly when Party 3 is ready to get the doc and sign in?Should I actually note Party 2 as a signer and just not put any place for them to sign / fill out?

Pausing a document that is in motion

A document has been sent requiring two signatures. First person signed but before the second person signs, I have a reason to “pause”. Is there a way to suspend a document in play, and then later decide to void or cancel (or proceed with the signature).How can I pause a document that has been sent out (without deleting)?

Docusign Package requiring a fax number

I’m trying to send out a document for signatures, which I’ve done a number of times, but it’s now showing that a fax number is required for each of the signers. (Even though the fax box is greyed out, and it won’t let me enter anything into the fax number field, so there’s no way for me to send the document.) How do I fix this so it’s not a required field?

Cant fix docusign - Error 404

HiI use Google workspace. It seems that Dicusign has updated (symbol has changed) and since then the add-on doesn't work. After adding the recipients, I get the following message from Google in the new pop-up window:404. That’s an error.The requested URL /addon-link-not-allowlisted was not found on this server. That’s all we know.I have tried uninstalling docusign, clearing caches/cookies but nothing works. I get the same error message when using Chrome and Safari and across multiple devices. Horrendous support for Checkbox Group Validation defects

For a month now, DocuSign support has been taking me around in circles. There is a major defect in the checkbox group validation, By selecting the “Exactly 1”, or “No more than 1” validation option, the end-user should be able to check only one box out of the selected Checkbox Group (and not be able to select multiple check boxes), however this is not working as designed. The end result is the user can select (and check) all the checkboxes in the group. To make it worse, the Start/Next button function individually highlights each and every checkboxes in the group during the signing process.I have shown this issue via screen sharing three times now, and thereafter the support team fails to send the issue to development, fails to update the ticket, and then sends me an email days later asking if I am still having an issue.This has been an endless cycle of the following:The issue is shown to support via a screen sharing session.
