Unable to read name and date fields once the document has been signed.

The name and date fields look fine when I add them to my document, but once they have been filled in and the document has been signed they are unreadable, it is almost like the fields are too small but i can’t see anyway to make them bigger. Has anyone had any experience with this? This is what it looks like once signed

need help

I have been trying to figure out a centralize location where all the DS admin can manage envelopes sent by DS Sender user. Shared Access is not working as expected and cant figure out why is not showing envelopes. We are Using paid and the demo accounts. We are trying to go to production on 5/29. I have been in contact with DocuSign but nothing has helped. Another question I can only see “Agreement” and no longer see “Manage” is this a new feature or am I missing something? Thanks your input is very important to me.Jose.

Query regarding Custom Branding Email For?

Hello, I need support with the Branding template for Docu-sign.For context, I am trying to send out a bunch of letter on behalf of someone else and therefore when sending out these letters I would like to hide my name and email address from the Branding of docusign. I am aware tht this can be done by editing the XLM code, but I am not that technically well verse to figure it out myself. Can someone please provide me a beeter idea on what code shuld be edited to either reomve my name and email or edit to to someone else’s. Thank you.

Issue with Document Visibility

I had an issue with Document Visibility this week and I hope someone may have an answer. We use Docusign to have contract packages reviewed, approved and signed. I sent an envelope in Docusign that included a contract, cover page and various supporting documents. I set up the recipients that included three approvers. The first approver contacted me and advised that while he would approve, he could not see the contract. He could see all the other documents. I opened the envelope and reviewed Document Visibility for him. All documents were checked except for the contract. I had not unchecked this document when setting up the envelope.I did some troubleshooting for the issue. Under Settings, I went to Contacts and saw that there were two entrees for this person. The entries had slightly different names (one version included a middle initial and the other did not) with the same email address. I deleted the version with the middle initial. I then did a test of creating a new env

Notifications for PowerForms

I have created a PowerForm to be used by our Human Resources department. There are two people in the HR department who should receive notifications when a form has been completed. I made one of them the sender. For the other, I added them as a CC on the template (see Template Screen Shot attachment). But, when I tested the form, I found that the name and email address i had added for the CC recipient are visible on the landing page of the PowerForm and can be edited by the 1st recipient (see PowerForm Signer View attachment). I don’t want the signer to be able to change this or even see it. Is there a better way to ensure that the HR rep gets a copy of the completed form? Surely, this cannot be a unique issue - it seems to me to be a fairly basic need.

Hi all, In our sales team, we’re using Docusign to send out quotes. Since we need to countersign each quote by our CCO, I want to make him a mandatory recipient. Without the need to do this every single time. How can I set that up in Docusign?Thanks

Can not sign

I am trying to do what I always do the last years... Received on my email a word doc which I want to open directly through DocuSign...sign it and share it through WhatsApp...HAVE DONE THAT HUNDREDS of time literally.Only that last time it says no more envelopes left or something like that.I just want to sign nothing else and as far as I know signing is free...would appreciate any help from anyone.

Email Notifications

When I send an envelope all recipients (signer and copy received) receive an email notification; however I’ve noticed that when I correct an envelope and resend only the signer is receiving the email notification and not those that are copied. How do I change it so all recipients receive the email notification when an envelope is resent? Thank you.

Hey Everyone, We have a unique use case where there are multiple attachment fields on a template as they are conditional and only required based off of certain text and/or values entered.That having been said, is there a way to “group” attachments if 1) Multiple attachments are allowed within an attachment field and 2) to showcase which attachments were part of attachment field 1 vs attachment field 2?

Error message running retrieve in demo environment

Any idea what the following message is trying to tell me after running a Retrieve script?“Error calling ListStatusChanges: {errorCode”:”USER DOES NOT BELONG TO SPECIFIED ACCOUNT”,”message”:”The specified User is not a member of the specified Account.”}I am the administrator, I own the template I used to process the envelope that I’m trying to report on, and I created the Retrieve script. PowerForm Envelope Expiration

Are PowerForm envelopes set to expire after one day? When I look at our expiration set up, it shows 120 days but under the PowerForm Advanced Options the expiration says “By default, envelopes expire after 1 day. Recipients can no longer view or sign on envelopes after it expires”. Because of this, the PowerForm voids the envelope when it expires and then I can’t do anything because it’s voided. The Advance Options state that the DocuSign Admin can change this setting but I’m an admin and can’t. Thank you.

DocuSign Security Questions- finding them irrelevant?

Hello- Is it just me or are many of you finding security questions irrelevant? I personally had one for a distant cousin of my father who is passed away over a decade. Clients get them about family members they haven't lived with over a decade. I just keep telling clients to keep taking and using different answers but there has to be a better way

Hi there, I have a document I’d like to send to 3 parties as noted below:Party 1: signer Party 2: receives a copy Party 3: signsParty 3 CANNOT receive the document until party 2 reviews. On Someone's Else Level

I used to be able to see the pending envelopes on someone else’s level when I am cc’d on the document at the same level that they have been assigned as a signer and recently it changed. Is there a way to turn this feature back on? As far as I am aware I didn’t change anything on my end.

A document has been sent requiring two signatures. First person signed but before the second person signs, I have a reason to “pause”. Is there a way to suspend a document in play, and then later decide to void or cancel (or proceed with the signature).How can I pause a document that has been sent out (without deleting)?
