Hello Everyone need a little help please

I’m new to Docusign and trying to fill out a real estate Purchase & Sale Agreement, I can't figure out how to manipulate the text field to adjust it to fit on the line? I can click outside the box and get it to look like its adjustable, but it won't allow me to adjust to fit the lines. I don't have this issue with the company field any input is greatly appreciated!! Thanks

I’m sorry to hear that the fields are not working as expected, I understand you are trying to fill out a real estate document.

Here is a screen shot of the contract with the text box that I'm not able to adjust to have the company name fit on the line.

Can you try the below?:

 

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device

 

Does this happen to other fields?

Have this worked before?

If it happens to other fields and if it never worked, there could be a setting in the backend called “Enable Tag Scale” that might be disabled, in that case, I recommend you contact customer support.
