Simple Sign Document Question

This has happened 2 times in the last few weeks. So I will sign a document and date it then hit Finish. After that Docusign would normally bring up next step in a drop box to do multiple tasks ie print,delete and other things. Well again this does not happen it flashes the option really quick then disappears. Below is all I get. Can anyone help?

Inbox purged and then emails resent

We have several Docusign users reporting their emails in their Docusign Inbox disappeared and then new ones reappeared which triggered them to get notified again about documents being completed and such that they were already notified about. Did Docusign accidentally clear out some emails and then add them back? Issue just happened today.

'Completion' emails are being resent when not requested

DocuSign is regenerating and sending ‘Completed’ emails that were sent and completed 2 days ago and it is really confusing out customers!

Next Signers Visible?

Some of our agreements are signed by people who do not have a DocuSign account. How can an account-less signer view the other recipients of the agreement they are signing? For example, Envelope X needs to be signed by persons A, B, and C. Person A has a DocuSign account, and therefore can log in and see the recipient details of Envelope X: who is signing, in what order, and who is receiving a completed copy. Persons B and C don’t have DocuSign accounts, so the most information they are able to find about the other signers is what is shown when they click Other Actions>View History, under the Recipients field. Thus, Person B is able to see who will either sign or receive a copy, but they don’t know if they are the first signer or the last, and they don’t know if Person C will also sign or if Person C will only receive a copy. Hoping I’m overlooking an easy solution. Thanks!

Template Matching Not Working for User

I am having an issue with other certain templates not matching for a user all of a sudden (has previously worked fine). The templates are shared with the user, the user has adjusted their matching percentage down to 20% but when uploading a document, the correct template will not pop up to choose. I try the exact document the user is attempting and the template matches at 78%. Any advice?

Can not sign

I am trying to do what I always do the last years... Received on my email a word doc which I want to open directly through DocuSign...sign it and share it through WhatsApp...HAVE DONE THAT HUNDREDS of time literally.Only that last time it says no more envelopes left or something like that.I just want to sign nothing else and as far as I know signing is free...would appreciate any help from anyone.

Grand Total Formula

I am creating a service agreement, I have a box at the bottom with services listed out separately which populates (using formulas) as the client checks off which services they want. I would like a formula for “season total” but it doesn’t seem that I can use formulas to create a grand total. Am I doing something wrong or is there a work around? Any help is appreciated!

Is there any one at Docusign who is working on detection and *automatic* placement of signatures on scanned pdfs? If so, where can I play with this? If not, what is preventing this from happening? It seems like this should be possible now that there is Machine Learning. Thoughts?

100 Envelopes, since when?

Since when was 100 envelopes the maximum?That works out at £2.40 per envelope.Need a cheaper alternative, being using docusign for years and never had a warning close to limit. Only 6 months into my subscription and need to add more :(

Hi !I would like to be able to sign all the pages of the document in 1 click (initials and signature if possible).In fact, I sign around ten documents / week, each 20 to 30 pages long. I spend way too much time clicking 30 times to validate initials and signatures.Other solutions allow you to validate a document in 1 or 2 clicks, is this possible on Docu?thks
