Power form URL is not working specific region


suddenly it was not working UK country and it is working for other country ex. India so what is issue ? and facing this error :  “System Error: Your DocuSign request cannot be processed at this time.”

I hope you are doing great. If you saying that the error coming only for UK so do you have specific sender for UK region?

Yes, we are facing the issue for lot of users in UK country only.

not sure but this kind of issue with power form are usually on the user level if the user is Power Form sender and in a case that user is closed then these kind of error come, Can you please confirm that the users are not closed.

@Pawan Gangwani Now we are getting this issue from some other region also so issue is not specific with region because we heard many people have started getting the errors.

@Pawan Gangwani I think that user is not close the page because we embed power form URL in our web page.

Oh that’s strange, I will suggest that you should raise the support ticket.

I have added ticket at 7/24/2024 6:03 AM(+5:30) Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, New Delhi

But still I am not getting any feedback from support side.

Why because I have not paid account plan?

Or If I have paid account then I get answer early or Could I get live agent support? @Pawan Gangwani

I am not sure about this paid or unpaid account but support usually reply in 2-3 days.
you ask your powerform, creator to raise a ticket it might a case, where reply come early.
