When signing a document from our work corporate mail registered to the domain - documents cannot be signed because the following message appears - (Identification cannot be started. Another identification for this Envelope is in progress. Please try again shortly).

Hi, I have made my envelope and need two documents signed. I try to add field select recipient then touch where I want the yellow signature box, I’m using an iPad so it won’t allow me to drag and drop, when I ask to send it comes up with the field manager box, so I do the above again. How do I make the yellow boxes stay on the signature areas when I send?

Hello,we are planning a migration from the sapphire account to the nttdata account.Could the users and the envelopes of the users be bulk exported and imported into the new system?i see the option to download the users but i dont see the option to export the envelopes of the users so they can be migrated as well.Could you please assist with some information how i can do it? Updating text without having to change the template every time

My name is Angela Loston, and I work on behalf of DPH Financial. I am having trouble with changing some text in a document that DPH Financial has created. Every 2 years, Debra Hartsfield, the owner of DPH Financial, will need to change fees that are listed on 1 of her contract templates. How to prove that the contents of the document are exactly what I signed?

I signed a series of Docusign documents on a 3rd party tablet. They saved a copy of the documents on a USB drive and provided the USB drive to me. However, I believe one of the documents was altered. Additionally, the PDF documents I was provided have a red seal at the top that says “This is a Copy. The Authoritative Copy of this record is held at na2.docusign.net”. Is there a way to prove or not that the content of the document are exactly what I signed?

How to use the same template twice in one envelope

Hello, I created a template for a consent form and I need to use that form sometimes several time in the same envelope. There are fields that i have to put specified information like names and date of birth which I input as a first signer of the document. Here’s the problem, every time I do that, the information that I typed on the first consent form, it auto populates to the 2nd consent form, essentially giving me duplicate documents. How to I stop it from copy the information from the first form to the second form?Thanks

I cannot get a form to go to our subscribers as DocuSign wants me sign first which is unnecessary. Background info we have a credit card form that only needs the receiver/signer to complete. We do not need to do anything with the form on our end.

Hiding recipient details from other recipients

Hello Community,I am trying to get some more understanding around recipient visibility in regards to recipient details. Our team is trying to send an envelope to potentially multiple recipients where we do not want recipients to be able to see the other recipients’ details (i.e. email address, recipient name, etc.). Is this something that is possible currently? If so, how do I accomplish this.To add clarification, we know of document visibility settings but this would not accomplish hiding the details of a specific recipient as document visibility settings relate to the documents specifically.
