I cannot figure out how to change our firm documents to have my name on all templates I send out to clients 

We had an issue where we were trying to cover for someone who is out of the office on an envelope that they had shared with both me and my coworker, so that we could cover for them.  My co-worker didn’t have a “Correct” button on the shared envelope. And I did.  My co-worker and I have the same configuration in every way.  The only difference was that she was CC’ed on the specific envelope, and I wasn’t.  If anything, I would think the CC would give her MORE access vs. take away a “Correct” button.  Problem solved now, and the right contract is routing because I still had the “Correct” button and could fix it.  But we’re trying to figure out why my coworker’s “shared” view would look different than mine just because she was CC’ed on the envelope?  That seems very weird.

I opened a support case, but after a few email without any link, they provided me a “close case” link.I could close the case directly, but I could not access it nor re-open it as they say I can. I have the case number, how to access it ? (I opened it without login to support. I have a dev account a no support login is working)

Is it possible to have multiple signatures on one account? I want to use Docusign for two of my companies without having two separate accounts. Is this possible? 

Can I set a signer and then set for executed copies to go to other individual emails?  It seems when I make a template that has a signer then 2 copy recipients I cannot use tht template in a power form.

Does the user activity report include deleted and voided envelopes in the sent and completed counts? 

I have 2 accounts with the same email organization... When I log in... the app open the trial account and I can't access to the organization account.How can i do to solve this problem?? 

Hello, I need support with the Branding template for Docu-sign.For context, I am trying to send out a bunch of letter on behalf of someone else and therefore when sending out these letters I would like to hide my name and email address from the Branding of docusign. I am aware tht this can be done by editing the XLM code, but I am not that technically well verse to figure it out myself. Can someone please provide me a beeter idea on what code shuld be edited to either reomve my name and email or edit to to someone else’s. Thank you.

Is there a way to export all the data contained in my envelope to a CSV file? I mean not just the default data (namely: EnvelopeId, Sender, Envelope Status, Subject, Created, Sent Initial, Last Sent, Completed, Voided, Voided Reason, Declined, Declined Reason, RecipientId, Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Recipient Type, Recipient Routing Order, Recipient Status, Recipient Viewed, Recipient Signed, Recipient Declined, Recipient Declined Reason), but also the custom content of my letter? For example, the name and surname entered by the user, their date of birth, marital status, etc.?

When adding the ID Verification on an envelope I am not receiving an actual copy of the ID the client has uploaded. I’m only receiving notice that they “Passed” the verification 

Hello,is it possible to have 100 docs or more and get each of them signed by the same person, lets say a Manager, and once the docs are signed, each of the signed docs get sent to a different employee in the company, but without the other recipients knowing who got a copy. And additionally split the documents so that each recipient only get one of these files(their assigned file), which would be defined in an Excel sheet.The docs are all the same, with small differences, like a serial letter from Word. I have an Excel with Email address of the recipient and the name of their signed file.So one person signs 100 docs. And then 100 people get an Email with their sign document, no other docs, and are not able to see other recipients.Thanks in advance Ute

Is there any way to download user training videos to host on my company’s training server?

I used the DocuSign template to create the CSV file.  One of the fields,  Benefit Amount, populates but the Name field shows as an editable text box. I do not receive any errors. 

Hi,I am having so much trouble trying to use the bulk send feature of my docusign account. I downloaded the sample CSV and then populated it with names and email addresses but when i come to attach it, it says the file is not supported or then it says i need to switch to the newer version. I am at the end of my teather with this as all i want to do is send one document to 30 + people and i am completely unable to make it work.  I am not tech minded which maybe the issue but the suport centre is not helping so thought i would try here, thank you for any advise or pointers!!!

I have some documents that were sent out for signing.  When I check the status it says it’s still waiting for someone to sign but they have already signed it and has even moved on to the next signatory.  How can I get this updated so that I can see where it’s sitting?

At the moment I have some documents which have fields I need to complete for my client. I don’t need to sign the document, but I need to be a recipient so that I can complete these fields. I can’t make the client the only recipient as then that means the fields are assigned to them and they can edit the information in the fields which is not what I need. Ideally I would like all of these fields to function like the prefilled fields where I can add information to the document but the recipients cannot then edit it. The trouble is that in order to use the prefilled fields they all need to be manually created which is really dumb. Why can’t we assign documents with fields to the prefilled category? Why do they have to be assigned to one of the recipients?  Every time I send this type of document I have to open the document after its sent and digitally sign it which is completely unneccesary as my only role is prefilling the information for the client to sign. 

I entered the incorrect postal address on the form and submitted it in error. How do I rectify the issue? 

I used to be able to see the pending envelopes on someone else’s level when I am cc’d on the document at the same level that they have been assigned as a signer and recently it changed. Is there a way to turn this feature back on? As far as I am aware I didn’t change anything on my end. 

HiI use Google workspace. It seems that Dicusign has updated (symbol has changed) and since then the add-on doesn't work. After adding the recipients, I get the following message from Google in the new pop-up window:404. That’s an error.The requested URL /addon-link-not-allowlisted was not found on this server. That’s all we know.I have tried uninstalling docusign, clearing caches/cookies but nothing works. I get the same error message when using Chrome and Safari and across multiple devices. Please advise.ThanksHelen

I got the email about the changes coming tro the interface on May 22. I also see that the Maestro workflow is going to added as a option to the start page. Does anyone know that there will be a way or will there be way from a admin perspective to turn it off so our users to do not accidential click the workflow option? 

Can we set up a fixed approval/ corner sign flow so that nobody can change it? Thanks!

I have a user that is not receiving notifications to sign in the inbox of Docusign.  She says they are showing up in outlook, but she had to search for them. Im an admin for our place of business. I sent her a test form to sign about an hour ago and it hasnt show up yet.

Hello I received a docusign request that I wasnt expecting, and doesnt really doesnt describe what it is for. The email address it came from also looks odd. What domain do legitimate docusign requests typicaly have? The email I received was from an email address ending in @aij.or.jp . I’ve never seen an email address that ends in .jp, looking online it looks to be a country code for Japan. Is there someone at Docusign that I should forward the suspicious email to?

I am trying to send the same document to 3 people to sign.  when I get the fields, there are 3 different colors.  When I select continue, it says add fields for person #2 and #3.  I select that and nothing happens.  If I select continue, then person 2 and 3 have no fields. How do I get fields on everyone’s document? 

Is it possible to set up an envelope so that the recipient completes some fields and then assigns the signature element only to another recipient?E.g. you send to customer contact who completes some contact details and then assigns their manager to complete the signature?
