If you do not enable the “Allow recipients to withdraw their consent” setting in DocuSign, recipients will not have an in-app option to withdraw. They won’t find a “Withdraw Consent” link in their DocuSign account. In that scenario, the only way for them to withdraw is to contact you (e.g., by email), since you have restricted that functionality within DocuSign.

On other question. If we do have the check mark turned on is there any reporting in DocuSign showing recipients checked it?
