We are facing alignment issues, the Word document that we are uploading is getting disoriented. For Eg: We have segregated our agreements into different sections when uploading the segregated sections are getting messes up.

Automating approval blocks

My peers and I are responsible for processing more than 200 different invoices every month; we’ve finally started using Docusign for it. I think I figured out how to set up the routing template as it’s the same for all the documents. What i need help figuring out is how to insert the text APPROVED FOR PAYMENT, along with two initial approval blocks with the DATE SIGNED underneath.For each of us, we will be the first approver, and our assigned Financial Specialist the second. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. Having to do that manually for each invoice is killing us .I’m sure there must be a way to “save” this signature block as a template and use it for each of the different invoices but we are so new to this process none of us has a clue.HELP!

"Send from mobile app" instructions don't match the app

I have just downloaded the mobile app. I want to create a folder to include several templates to send to clients for signatures. Here are the directions for “Send from a Mobile Device” along with the problem I’m having. Please advise. I appreciate your help.   1Tap the + icon to start an envelope.  2 Add Document(s) from the source of your choosing (such as a scan, email, cloud storage, or others). Or search for and use a saved template for agreements you send regularly. Tap Next. I do not have an “Add Document(s)” option, only “Request Signatures” or “Sign Document”. 3 Add Recipient(s), choosing from Me, Only Others, or Me + Others. Select the recipient's role (Needs to Sign (default), In-Person Signer, or Receives a Copy), and add the recipient's name and email address. Tap Save. Repeat to add additional recipients. Tap Next. 4 Add Fields by selecting and dragging them directly to your document, using each signer's unique color. Or, use auto-tagging if prompted. Tap Next. 5

How to have the signer choose an additional optional sender

I’m trying to make a template where I send the envelope to the client, and sometimes the client needs an additional contractor/client/boss to sign the document as well. I do not know who the extra contractor would be. Ideally, the client could optionally click a checkbox and then specify who to further send the document to (and the contractor would fill out their section) before returning it to me. If the checkbox is unchecked then the document would return to me like normal (with the contractor’s area blank). The main challenge I’m currently facing is that I don’t know who the optional contractor is. Is this idea/flow possible?

Where did the "whiteout" feature go?

Not having the whiteout feature anymore is really frustrating. It make using DocuSign to create and house templates nerve racking, since there is no way to fix a mistake, besides starting all over. Please bring this feature back. Thank you!

Certain Fields Disappear from Template when Matching

Good morning,  I’ve created a template and all the fields that I have populated are in the template. But when I go to use the template, the last page of the document, all of the fields are no longer there. If I edit the template without the matching document, the fields are still present. The signee roles are still there, but the fields in which they need to sign/initial/upload a document have all disappeared from the one page. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have created a few templates.  Today I tried creating one and none of the fields are usable.  I try to drag Company onto the document and it has a red circle with a slash--same with all fields.  Why is it doing this?

Epic Frustration with adding fields for different recipients

When I create documents to sign and am adding fields for completion and signature, the fields always default to one sender and their respective color. What is the best most efficient way to have the same fields for different recipients (colors) without having to do it manually for each recipient. When I go to send, it tells me I did not add fields, which is true, but I would like the same fields to apply to all documents. Why on earth is there no easy way to do this, or is there?

Recipeint bulk signing a template sent in bulk

I have created a template that will be sent to hundreds of recipients.  However, the first recipient (the organization officer) needs to sign every envelope before the final recipient receives it.  is there a way to allow our office to sign all the envelopes sent in bulk?

HELP - Template Multiple

I would like to be able to send a Docusign template to multiple people at the same time, without re-selecting the signature fields for each recipient.  I am specifically wanting to send out our employee handbook to all of our employees, individually and independently, and have them read and sign acknowledging receipt of the handbook.  I want to send it out to everyone at the same time and not have to reselect fields for every person.Is this possible and how can I get this done ?Thank you in advance for your help​​​​​​

Is it possible to download all the signatures together from a powerform?

Hi everyone. I'm using a Powerform as an attendance sheet and I can't close it to have all the signatures on the template. I've created a template for people to sign and I thought I could download the template with the signatures at the end, but I can only download a csv document.Is it possible to download just a document with the signatures or isn't it possible at all? I remember that it could be possible (at least trying to print it - but I can only print one envelope at a time)  Thank you!

Template-Matching / Multiple Document issue

Hi everyone,Our team has recently started trialling DocuSign. We have multiple teams to create templates for, as they have commonly used/sent documents. While one team has functioning templates (created by a 3rd party company), we’re having some issues with others. We’re trying to create a template with 2x documents. The 1st is a 2x page document, the 2nd is a 1x page document. When uploading the documents within the template into the “Send an Envelope” function, the template-matching only brings up the 1st document. You then have to manually apply the template again to the 2nd document. The auto-matching for the templates isn’t bringing up the 2nd document, even if it’s identical to the one in the template - even when lowering the matching sensitivity. This only applies correctly if the fields have all been set-up with a “Location” tag on that page, however this isn’t the case with our pre-established functioning team templates. We’re using the location tag method as a workaround, but

Change order of attached forms in a template

HI all,I have a docusign template with 4 attachmentsForm with docusign fields to agree on a proposal. Proposal (which is added during the signing process). T&C (fixed in the template) DPA (fixed in the template)I want to see the DPA and T&C at the end of the docusign template. But I only can set the T&C as supplement. I also want to set the DPA as a supplement. But the DPA also has signing fields.The proposal should be visible after the Form with Docusign fields.Does someone has a solution for this?

Hi, I'm new here. So there's a checkbox option in my document and that the signer can only choose 1 from the options. Whenever I set the validation to "select at least" then 1, whenever I try to sign, I can tick all checkboxes. What should I do? Thank you.

Varying "Retention Policy" by Template

Am I able to set a retention policy per each individual template, specific to that template? Say for example, I would like to retain every instance of the use of Template A for 1 year, but I want to only keep completed instances of Template B for 2 months - can I set each with their own retention policy? OR is the retention policy applied account-wide to all templates/envelopes/documents? Thanks!

Australian Super Choice Form

I have clearly set up this form as a template incorrectly and its not allowing the signer to complete the form.I had scanned in the PDF form and set it up as a template, I then used text box’s to enable the new employee to complete their details.I used ”conditional fields” with rules etc, but I just cant get it to work. Has anyone else set up the SuperChoice form that can provide any guidance on the best way to have this form completed.
