Question

Wrong date format on a signed document. Is it still valid?

Hi,

I recently had a contract signed by two parties. However, the date signed for the other party is in date format DD/MM/YYYY and mine was in MM/DD/YYYY. Will this contract be valid in case of needing to go to court? Or should I have the client resign in the correct date format? Which I’m not sure why their date format is like that since I had it set as MM/DD/YYYY.
