Sending agreement to married couple to both sign simultaneously

I am sending an agreement to a married couple to both sign and initial. I only have 1 email address and was wondering if there was a way to have both of them sign it without having to add another separate recipient.

I’d like for them to be able to open it and both sign it simultaneously instead of needing to go through the identical process twice in a row.

Is this an option or do I need to get the 2nd email address to prove that it was received and reviewed individually?

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want two signers to sign the envelope without adding two recipients.

 

Unfortunately, this option is not currently available.

 

You will need to add both of them.

 

However, any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome. 

 

If you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen to submit your idea.

 

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
