No Option to Void an Envelope

We’ve got a user that is unable to void an envelope. Attached is what they’re seeing, and circled in red is where they should have buttons called Resend or More, the More option allowing them to void it. 

 

The user, Jayne, is managing envelopes on behalf of Kelly. The envelope is in a Waiting for Others status so we would expect Jayne to be able to void. Why is this not appearing?

You need to be the owner of the envelope to perform the void action or have the right permissions to do so.

Please check if the Shared Access for Jayne was properly set up. As you can see in the table below, her access needs to be “Allow to edit on behalf of” and not just “Allow to manage on behalf of”, as this does not include voiding permissions.

Thanks for your reply. The user did only have Manage access from that user instead of Edit. However, they still don’t have the option to void the envelope. I wasn’t able to amend the shared access, I had to remove and then re-add the desired access. Will the current envelope need to be re-shared?

After you granted manage access, the user needs to logout and login again for the new permissions to be applied to his profile. After logging back in they should be able to see and void the envelope.
