identification error

Hey, so I have an issue, the app cannot identified me, even though I did all the steps to get identify multiple times ( with my id, my face) and I really need to sign important documents today and without the identification of the app I cannot signs those documents? Can someone help me?

Can you provide the envelope ID for this envelope? Have you tried the Alternative Signing Method?

 

Have you contacted the sender of the envelope to change the authentication method?
