Clarification on Signature Error

Hello,

I encountered an error stating "sign on paper is not allowed" when attempting to sign the document from the provided link.

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to sign your envelope due to this error, but I will assist in solving the issue. This error is triggered when the sender has not enabled the option to sign on paper for an envelope. Taking this into consideration, the sender will be in the best position to help you enable the setting in Settings>Signing Settings>Allow recipients to sign on paper, if it is required to sign the document on paper. Otherwise, you may follow the instructions provided below to sign your envelope through our web application.
