Payment Method

Badge

DocuSign is not letting me save our payment method.  We use the company card, which has the President’s name on the front; namely, Kirk C. Syme.  Whenever I try to save this payment method, the DS function automatically switches the payer to my name (Alberto Medina).  As a result, the payment continues as declined.

I’m so sorry to hear that your payment keeps declining, I understand you are trying to change it but it is not working.

 

Please try the below troubleshooting:

 

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using VPN, or if on one already, disconnect from VPN and try again
