Can I put a hyperlink for a website in my webform?

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand that you want to know if you can place a Hyperlink for a website in your Webform.

Yes, you can, DocuSign Web Forms have a “Thank you Page” that is shown after the recipient has submitted the form. You can add a button and specify the destination URL, e.g. call it “Pay now” and link it to the corresponding payment link and configure it for each Web Form. More information at The Thank You Page.

If you need the Hyperlink to appear in the actual document you will need to create a Hyperlink field, you can find more information at How do I create a hyperlink in a Docusign document?
