Wrapping text at the end of the text field

How do I configure DocuSign to wrap the Text at the end of a Text Box so the user can keep typing on the next line instead of the text running off the side of the document?

In the Settings for that field, under formatting is "Fixed Width". If this is checked the field will wrap down to the next time rather than running off the side.

Is there a way to do this for the pick list options so they wrap. Can't seem to get a carriage return to work in the Series. Want the picklist to be name address phone & fax each on a new line.
